Powerbeats Pro to Launch in Black in May, Other Colors Coming This Summer

How? These Powerbeats Pro will actually fit in and stay in my ears. Airpods always fall out unless I am completely still.

The thought is that they did market research and the majority of people are expected to actually buy black.
The other colors, while nice, will not be quite as popular. To avoid the embarrassment of running out they decided to emphasize production of the most wanted color.

Doesn’t seem like a bad alternative to my AirPods, and I can see the advantages with this water resistance and noise isolation, but altogether, it’s the overall design ‘around the ear’ that isn’t my preference, when I would rather have the in-ear design similar to what the AirPods are currently. Then again, totally two different products I’m comparing here.
I wonder if it might be possible to modify (I know it would void warranty) the Powerbeats Pro so as to remove the around-the-ear hook?
Because of my freak ears & active lifestyle, i cannot wear Apple’s airpods as cool as they are. So these look like the wireless headphones for me. Was leaning towards the cream or blue...but black will be fine. Hopefully Gonna nab a pair as soon as they are available.
All I want is AirPods but with tips that keep them in my ears instead of falling out all the time so that I have to reapply dermal adhesive strips every 1-2 weeks. I love my AirPods but the fit just doesn't work for my ears. This solution seems bulky, more expensive, has stupid Beats branding, and doesn't support wireless charging—but looks like it would stay in my ears. *sigh*
It's obviously not a 6.You know how the Apple logo on a MacBook is upside down (from the user's perspective) until you open the lid and then it's right-side up? It's the same with the Powerbeats; Apple expects most athletes to be upside down while wearing these, so they'll display Beats' iconic "9" branding.
There was a long debate about how the Apple logo should be positioned. Google it. Quite a few interesting articles will pop up. Seems like a silly issue, but it was apparently quite a polarizing issue.

I am interested in these but I probably won't be an early adopter. I am still really hoping that Apple will release some open ear / bone conduction headphones for cyclists, runners, and others who want to listen to music while exercising but still need to hear their environment for safety.
I really, really want to like and pick up a pair of these. I can't wear Air Pods, fall out of my ears way to easily, and these will probably be perfect. Biggest problem? $250 for these is ridiculous. Wonder if they will be offered free with a new Mac this summer\fall? My daughter needs a new Macbook for college so maybe....
Yes Duolingo & Smule does not support Bluetooth stereo headphones that have microphones. They may support my Jabra Stealth which is a headset (1 ear specifically designed for quality calls), haven’t tried as it’s a UC version that I use for Skype for Business and various work soft phones as a headset vs using expensive $100+ ones that an employer will have to provide and are inferior in voice quality in busy environments.
No matter what you want to call them, the original iPods will not stay in my ears for nothing.
