Another advantage of smoke is that scratches or dust trap inside wont be so obvious.

guys, I basically bought the case because the forum reviews seemed to be so good and I ignored the few who were complaining about the creaking sides. I have avoided power support all these years because of the price. So today, I decided to take the plunge and join the hype.
I got one that has the creaking sides and while it is really quite subtle and doesn't happen all the time (which I can imagine some people here might have ignored), it freaking bothers me to bits. I am so hesitant about asking for an exchange because I just know the next one is going to be the same.
Damn it. It is just so hard to find THE case.
Ah... It seems like a massive QC Problem... Mine creaks like hell and I'm not that OCD... But it bothers me.
Worst, the case isn't exactly cheap.... I expected so much better..
However I am wondering if the creaking problem is only with the clear matt?
Seems like some others with the smoke grey or black don't experience this issue...
Got my replacement clear matte case for my 6 plus and it doesn't creak on the bottom sides anymore!

I did that about 5 days ago and got a reply from Graham, who asked for my address and said a replacement case would be sent to me.
However I have yet to hear from him if my replacement case has been shipped out or not?
Did you get a reply from him after providing your address or did they just shipped it to you without notice?
I am located in Singapore, and actually purchased my case from Epicentre. However it is stated in the receipt that goods sold are not exchangeable or refunded.... So I just tried my luck emailing powersupport direct.
Really hope I can get my case replaced as it's not exactly cheap.

I emailed support@powersupport.com about my issue and got a reply on the 13th from Graham that he would get a replacement out ASAP. I just provided my order number in my initial email so he didn't have to ask for my mailing address.
It's funny cause I sent him an email this morning asking when the case would be shipped because I haven't heard anything from him since the 13th. Then I got a little package this morning from PowerSupport with my replacement case.

Ask for the replacement. The time it takes to send an email to them is worth it alone.
Okay! I see, I just checked and got my email from him on the 15th. I replied him on the same day and haven't heard from him since, so my guess is that my replacement case is on the way!
Probably will get it next tues or weds next week.
I did not purchase from the Powersupport website direct but instead from a authorised overseas retailer.
I just want to check with you, how does your replacement case fit? The Iphone is suppose to fit completely snug in the air jacket yeah? Squeezing the case should not allow any movement at all from any of the four sides correct?
Just want to be sure that this is the case when I recieve my replacement air jacket.

It's definitely a lot better than my first case cause it was creaking pretty bad at the bottom. It bothered me since I grip my phone at the bottom for one hand use and I would always feel the flex/creaking.
As for my replacement case, it's pretty snug and I don't feel it at all anymore. But if I'm really looking for a flex/creak, then it's there but near the power button instead and isn't as prominent as my first case. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.
Same here - I was sent a case for the 6 instead of 6 Plus. On Monday Graham said a new one would be sent right away, but I have yet to hear any more, or get a tracking number, even after emailing again to find out what the status is.

Scratching - So what do you guys say, is this case really scratches the phone? Do you think that problem is a deal braker or just specific issue for some costumers?

I'm not really liking how the space grey shows through the cut outs on the rubber black. Glad I went with the clear matte (and no I don't have any creaking issues to speak of).
