Pre-order successful

At 3:01 AM the Apple app was stalling at checkout.

At 3:09 AM got through on the Apple website, order placed flawlessly, no clocking, no stalling or delays.

At 3:10 AM got my order confirmation.

Gotta love the Apple Store app--still can't get the store at Apple.com. Possibly preferential treatment to existing apple customers by having the app up first? Ordered, email confirmation and now time for bed.
 
Got in through Verizon and it was very smooth. No slowness, nothing like last year. Already got my confirmation email as well. Was happy to see Verizon give me a $50 credit (new every two apparently still applies to my account) so it helped to offset tax and the upgrade fee. Can't wait to get my White 32GB iPhone 5 in a week. :D
 
Got my order in via apple.com. Had to switch to firefox because chrome wouldn't show the pre-order page even after clearing cache. Must be a google conspiracy :p
 
Just finished through Apple's site after a lot of trouble from Apple and At&T. Got the confirmation email and everything

One problem is that the shipping is under my dad's name? Is that going to be a problem?
 
Mine went through using the Apple Store App.

However... it updated by Billing Address but not my Shipping Address. Anyone had luck in the past getting that updated while maintaining the initial order?!?

Then had to go get wifes phone and it is reserved because they cant get through to AT&T - "We are holding your reservation"
They will contact me by email when they can get through and to complete the order.

Tell me about I ordered two iPhones but one through verizon($100 credit) and the other through apple crap that was some fast typing.
 
i got an email saying my order is being processed? i take it i should get another one saying that it is confirmed? or am i good to go?
 
I didn't think it was possible to love the Apple Store app more than I did already. :)


Completed my order at 3:07.

AT&T crashed on me twice.

Yay, Apple!
 
I just ordered two myself.

It took two separate orders.

I little slow but it went through.

Both orders took a total of 20 minutes.
 
Got my 64gb black for sprint. Got it using the apple store app, and it has already posted to my card.
 
Well by far this was the most painless ordering for me. First time with my 3G, I waited in line because I was excited. For the 4, I preordered but it was chaos and madness and I couldn't even get one preordered so I was forced to wait in line again.

This year...app on my iPhone BOOM seconds. Will never preorder another way again! I am also supposed to work that day-apparently I'll be taking the day off! LOL
 
I just completed my pre-order! I used my iPad and the Apple Store app. I started at 2:59 am and it finally went through about two minutes ago. It was timing out for a while there.
