It gets better. Premier rep said it was cancelled because the system decided I wasn't upgrade eligible. I had checked AT&T and apples systems which both said I was and showed $199 pricing. I give up.

called back again got a diff rep who says he dont understand why i got cancelled as i am clearly upgrade eligible. i guess at&T is just having major issues today surprise surprise. hes trying to resurrect the order

awesome lol, i had to submit a new web order thru premier. finally got it in. phone rep said they cannot take phone orders today (Lie) weel see if this one gets cancelled too.
 
Ordered from AT&T at ~ 11:30. I got the confirmation email and online order status states 'processing'. No problems so far. :)
 
you guys are lucky to even get to pre order, i'm on the premier site and there's not even an iphone to select lol

when you first get into the premier store, dont click on the preorder iphone 4g button/picture. instead click on the buy now 3gs button, and you will get right in. my experience only, but worked several times for me including just now.

As I said in another thread ... I have this too and called in. Was told it is a security check and any problems will be sent to the email I submitted with the order. FWIW, the other phone I ordered is in the "processing" stage. I used two difference cards, one CC and one DC. Don't know if that makes a difference.

As others say, I'm played out. It was fun at first, now, I don't really care anymore and will watch the story unfold :)

That's what they also told me. They said it will take 24-48 hours because of the high demand.

But I only used one CC to buy one phone.
Is this because I am in a family plan?
What on earth the security check is?.......
 
They cancelled mine. New service, ordered almost 6 hours ago, got an initial confirmation, and just got the "your order has been cancelled" email.
 
i am to just waiting to let the story unfold.... i preordered from premier at 945am est. and it still says attention... the rep i spoke to said not to worry if you got an email saying received your order will get placed... we shall see!
 
still processing...

both of my Premier orders are still processing. One upgrade and one full price. We'll see, email confirmation was pretty quick. Ordered @ 6:00 AM and 6:45 AM PDT

I'm thinking this may end up happening to a lot more of us Premier orders. Just as another just said...I'm done caring at this point. I'll sit back and watch...if I get a phone on the 24th that's fine, if not...I'll be patiently awaiting!
 
Even though I've given up on Apple and ATT, and ordered from Best Buy instead, I did call Web Support a few minutes ago to give them a piece of my mind over the hours I wasted (yes, I know...I didn't spend as much time as many of the more patient people on here).

The rep was nice. I didn't lose my temper but I did tell her that I believe that Premier accounts are somehow blocked (I cannot even get into mine now to order if I wanted to)...and that Premier accounts are put into a different queue (ie. lower priority).

I think there is far more too this than just an overloaded system.

She would only admit that the system is "slow." LOL

Why even waste your time waiting on hold to complain...surely you knew it would get you no where...
 
I had 2 orders cancelled multiple times this morning by ATT premiere.

I had placed 3 orders via ATT Premiere at around 4am. One of the orders went through no problems. But the other 2 orders kept on getting the same cancellation emails from att a few minutes after ordering it.

Finally, got fed up, went to the local ATT corp. store and pre-ordered my other 2 lines that kept on getting canceled by att.com premiere site. (took 2 hour wait at att corp. store). But everything is good now.
 
ok now somehow i was able to preoder from apple ... it was still in my cart so i placed the order.. so i have 2 pre orders

any ideas what will happen?
