I really can tell: MOST - tor may be all of them - GOLD Color are Preparing for Shipment!!! Most people I know confirmed.

I just got an invoice from Apple with my serial number!

Who knows it might even come early...

Shows shipped Sept 19th from Elk Grove, CA...

I would say you're safe even if your order doesn't move to "preparing for shipment" until Wednesday night if you have the 9/25 delivery date. When the watch came out, my order moved to preparing for shipment at 10 pm Saturday night and I had it in my hands Monday morning.

That is how both the watch and iPhone 6 worked for me. I did not get "preparing to ship" until Thursday early morning for Friday delivery.

Mine just changed from Preparing to Ship to Processing Items. Did anyone else just go a step backwards? Still says Delivers 9/25 though.

Mine is also showing processing now again, yesterday it was preparing to ship, I still have a pending charge on my account for the taxes on my AT&T next purchase. I am sure it is just a computer glitch, every year so many wacky things happen but the one thing is everybody gets their phones by the day that it says on their order confirmation page regardless of the status of the order.

Update there was a pending charge 136.74 from Apple but I was dropped my sales tax was not charged

I ordered 4 for my family plan.... here's where they stand. All 4 were ordered within minutes of midnight on launch....



The 3x 6s's have authorized on my card, the 1x 6s+ has still not.
