Thanks for the info! It was kinda fun following the phone from China in real time haha. Too bad I won't get to do that this year.
You will see threads pop up about using your phone number as a reference number to track the package through UPS my choice. People will still play the track game haha.
Getting really scared now. Mine still says Processing. I'm considering placing a new order, I had some strange issues with the billing address on my first order so maybe i need to reorder?

Order status moved to "Preparing to Ship" on Sunday evening.
Praying for a launch day delivery miracle, at least for the Rose Gold, but realistically I doubt I will see movement for a while.

Apple received 1000's of orders, dont expect them all to goto the same status at the same time. if you place a new order then you will be at the back of the queue so you will be further back than the order you have at the minute
AT&T just sent me an email thanking me for choosing AT&T. In the past when I have received these types of emails, the phone ships out very soon. I'm assuming this likely means an AT&T SIM card has been installed and/or linked to a device with my account info.

The only email I got from AT&T was thanking for choosing AT&T next the same day I preorder
Got that one too, but that was Saturday. Got one just 10 minutes ago thanking me for choosing AT&T. They're shipping soon.
Maybe I get email later I order via my Apple ID but the AT&T account is under my dad email and I don't have access to that. I HOPE it ships today

I called apple and there telling me I should of seen a 1 dollars authorization charge on my card for an installer plan on AT&T
I am in California and my order is Preparing to Ship with an October delivery date, so it's not just the UK and I don't know that it means much at this point anyway.
That is odd...An October order preparing to ship? Did you post screenshot of it? That is strange.
