I'm glad you're excited but it means nothing. I've been "preparing" for the iPhone 6 for months. Doesn't mean I'm getting it any faster.

I'm bitter about my 10/13 ship date when I placed my order at 3:20 this morning EST.

I can tell.

Mine is still processing and my CC hasn't been charged  :(

My credit card was charged immediately...
For people thinking that "preparing for shipment" doesn't really mean anything: We are talking about an order from the online Apple Store, for an unlocked, contract free iPhone..It's not the same as an order from one of the providers..

Guys, it will likely be stuck in China and Hong Kong until the night before it's delivered. Seriously. My 4S was. Relax or you will drive yourself crazy thinking it might arrive early.

It won't arrive early.

If your credit card has been charged, then you should get it on time. Apple is pretty good about that.

I remember on another iPhone release, you could trace your phones location using your cell number or credit card as a reference. I can't remember exactly, but somebody posted the procedure on how to do this and it did work. I traced mine back to china.

Anyway, being in the shipping trade, I can tell you that one year, UPS had a stockpile of iPhones locked up a night or two before the initial release/delivery date. I asked my friend/driver if she could deliver it early, she said that they would get in a lot of trouble so.....

It was the iPhone 5 and here is the info;

I am not saying that the iPhones will be delivered before next Friday. I am just happy my iPhone is being prepared for shipment. That means it's going to be here next Friday..:)

I just checked my support profile on Apple's website and my iPhone 6 is already registered, complete with serial number!

I ordered from Verizon and I already have a tracking number from FedEx. It says my phone is already in Memphis, TN. I'd be super excited if I wasn't sending it back.

Mine is still "Processing Order". I ordered at around 6AM on the 12th.

It still says Delivery on the 19th though. I'll probably take of work to get the phone because I have an app that is VERY important and needs to be tested on a new device immediately. I can't risk the carrier not giving it to me that day because I'm not home (or someone taking it off of my porch) and have to wait a few days to get it.

Both of mine still say processing but delivery on the 19th. It doesn't show up in my support yet either. I'm not worried, I think I will still get them on the 19th! And my iPhone 4 came a day before launch day so I think it IS possible to get them early.

My 4 came a day early, also.

Sign in here and it should be there :) Mine is, week 35 September 6+.

I tried this and it doesn't show up. In fact it shows the iPhone 5 I sold a year ago, but not the 5s that I use now. However, when I click on one of the MacBooks that are on there it gives me a bunch of information about it, but when I click on the 5 it gives me an error message asking me to check back soon. Maybe it's in the process of putting it on there. I'm not worried that I won't get mine on the 19th, but it would be nice to see some progress. Right now I am still processing and the charge on my card is still pending.

It won't appear on there until your status changes to 'Preparing to Dispatch' as this indicates that your phone has been finalised and is ready to ship to you. I wouldn't worry.
