The song at the opening said it all. If you don't like your iPhone 4, **** off and go elsewhere.

What'd you all expect? a recall or free ****? you guys always set your expectations SO high for no reason.

Though I don't think their information is accurate or perfect (they don't mention any data from AT&T or other stores where the phone has been available), I do find that all of this defensive posturing is a direct result of how blogs can really punch a corporation right in the nose.

It's not "dropping calls" because we can't get reception to MAKE calls Steve....GOOOOOSH!

that whole 1.7% return rate is a bs considering the 30 day return period has more than a week remaining. Many people including myself wait til the 29th or 30th day. So that is an unfair comparison

Every iPhone owner (within 1st year) has free and included AppleCare... who do you think you're calling when you have a problem?

I understand calling AppleCare after like six months when you have an issue, but while still in the exchange period, I think most people would think it's more productive to just call Apple Retail or AT&T to try to get a replacement unit.

I'm confused. I thought they were going to give away free waffles to those who are having reception issues.

Seems Toyota is the biggest idiot to recall their vehicles. Their fail rate is way lower than 0.55%

too funny.. I've called each move - he just stated how many fan letters he got. Called it lol

Surely the first column is meant to be "Max Bars"?

you are just one of the .5% of trolls complaining of non issues. move along and get a new phone :)

I've had 50+ 'no sim' notifications this week alone...never mind the signal issues so I'm hardly trolling....

I'll be getting a replacement....had the iPhone from day 1 so overall happy but its certainly not .5%

they didn't mention how many people have done exchanges at the genius bar for problems... hmmmmm
