Someone elsewhere mentioned that the Pro 9.7 doesn't collect fingerprints on the screen as much as the Air 2 does, has anyone else found this to be true?

Might have been me. I do notice what looks to to be less prints on the Pro screen compared to my Air 2. Still gains finger prints but seems to be less so far.

Definitely less than the Air 2. Man, that thing was a nightmare because not only did it mark more easily, but getting the fingerprints off seemed like an ordeal. They wipe off easier on the 9.7" Pro.

The 12.9" is as bad as the Air 2 though.

People said the same thing about the Air 2 vs the Air. While Apple may have changed the coating again for the Pro, a brand new iPad will show less fingerprints than a year old one, as the coating wears.

Did they? I remember people bitching that the Air 2 was worse for fingerprints (I being one of them) as a result of the new coating. The 12.9" Pro uses the same coating as the Air 2, and the 9.7" Pro uses a new coating, which seems better fingerprint-wise.
