iPhone X Problems with sound on IPhone X

Hi boys and girls a wounder if some one have problems with the sound on IPhone X when someone call like my mom call me ten times a didn’t her it can some explain what the problem can be.

Don’t want to sound rude but did you try turn the volume up cause mine is good otherwise not sure what it could be bad line? Maybe you have a defective phone?

do you have another phone to compare call quality at the same location

Are you handling the phone when you get the call? If so, the ringer volume automatically goes way done when the phone perceives it is already active.

This is well known iPhone X bug. We are still not sure if it's software or hardware related @Macbolans See the following article

Although Apple states "limited", the issue is far from limited and seems to be affecting quite a few handsets.
