I'm sure that Mexico is very happy.
Mexico seems mixed: They're not overall happy with the new NAFTA. especially how the negotiations were played with Trump trying ot pit Mexico vs Canada.
Mexico on the other hand, got a lot of benefit out of both US and CAN that IMHO defeats Trumps intentions.
shortly after the USMCA (whatever the new NAFTA is), GM for example quickly announced 8 factories accross US and Canada would be shuttered for good to move production into Mexico for the cheaper labour now opened. Prior to the new deal, Mexico was making approximately 350,000 cars for mostly mexican market, and some for US. With the move, over 1.2 million cars will now be made in mexico for both Canadian and US markets.
So Mexico is going to be happy that they can continue to provide cheap labour.
Basically, Trump lost bigly with the new NAFTA as it didn't even protet American jobs.
