I'm hardly a Prosser fanboy, but at least he put his hand up and said he got it wrong. Others like Kuo and Gurman, who also reported major changes coming to Series 7, stayed silent. In fact, Gurman even posted on Sep 15 he was proud of his "pre-event news" stating "right on the money for Watch screens (even if body was a little curvier than expected)". Smacks of arrogance.

The demand must still be quite high for the Series 3 and SE. Apple didn’t drop the prices nor let the SE replace the Series 3’s price-point in the line-up.

was initially BUMMED when the no flat edge Watch didn't show up. Having a Titanium S6, there is zero reason (for me) to upgrade as there are not nearly enough features over the S6 to justify the purchase. Going to be a long wait until next years S8, but am stoked to be saving my money this time around.

Kuo and Gurman said major changes, which included thinner bezels and a larger case.

Nobody except Prosser said anything about flat edges.

That series 3 bs is more than likely to clear old stock just like iPhone XR, except iPhone XR is way more usable and it is a capable device unlike series 3 which can’t even install updates properly for well over a year.

Apple doesn’t keep stock though

Why are we still giving Prosser oxygen?
If I HAD to guess, it would be because of the ads on the page. :) These many folks have posted, so many more have looked. I’d guess that the second time they post a Prosser story and the thread doesn’t get more than 1 page long is close to when they’ll think of NOT posting it.

In the interim, I get to come to MacRumors every day because they were able to pay their bills!

Yeah, I stopped reading at "Prosser:"

”waaaaaaaah john prosser said words!!!!!!”

good god this forum is filled with a bunch of babies who cant ignore things they dont like.

make sure you ignore bloomberg and kuo as well, since virtually every other reliable analyst / leaker missed a lot this time around.

but seriously you people are insufferably obnoxious. if you dont like prosser stuff, move on.

This guy is about as accurate as a coin flip. Why does he get a front page article?
The site shows the most recent articles at the top.

Besides, it's not like it would be a surprise if they did ship on that date or very close to it.

I stopped reading at Jon Prosser
Macrumors: “Apple Watch pre-order next week!”
Me: *gets wallet ready*
Macrumors: “Jon Prosser blah blah blah”
Me: *puts wallet away*
It’s great that this article’s title starts with “Prosser:…” because I can just leave this comment and stop reading it thanks :D

just a small note, all three of you clicked on the article and left a comment, and MacRumors made money.
This is exactly why they keep posting his rumors, because you keep clicking the articles and you keep leaving comments.
You are literally the reason why.
He could have a 15% accuracy, instead of a 70% or whatever he has, and they’re still going to post his rumors if you keep clicking and commenting.
