I think I'm ready to ditch the MacBook Air and 11-inch iPad Pro (1st gen) and only go with the larger iPad Pro.
If your workflow allows for then it’s a great thing! I wouldn’t have definitely said that a couple of years ago...
I find myself gravitating out from the desktop to an iPP 11” (instead of a MBP) more often than not and on the weekends when it’s less work and more learning, tutorials, drawing, etc it’s 99% of the time the iPad... it’s so convenient, the snappiest feeling, truly always ready, etc
That being said, I do have a desktop always there, so not quite sure I would stay 100% iOS myself... also an iPad Pro is also a perfect companion to an Mac, sidecar does work quite well (when it does :p) and it’s great for annotating documents, screenshots, etc. Screencapture from the Mac, it shows it on the iPad ready to do stuff in it.

Get that personally

I have the M1 air and 12.9 pro with MK and did think if it was worth having both but I’ve found a use case for both. I could have the iPad as my only but do like Mac OS for work
