At the risk of repeating myself,.for 5 bucks, i had a sturdy well built pad delivered off eBay, had it 18 months, its never missed a beat. So any talk of 50.buck, 80 bucks.etc.being good value. Bobbins, its the same tech underneath, just typical Apple over pricing and typical apple buyers lapping up the prices and trying to justify it.
If you want to buy a wireless charger for cheap on eBay that’s your choice but you get what you pay for and the risk where it could go wrong is not something I would want

I bought the wireless charger stand from Samsung their official one which cost £45 but I know it’s a quality brand that does what I want

You won’t find another wireless charger like the air power on the market and if it is £200 then oh well it will fit a need on my bedside table

Did you not read a word i put. You get what you pay for? Lol. I bought a charger that has fast charged at my desk since day one. How is that somehow inferior to more expensive items. As I say, some folk always try and justify high prices. Bizarre.

I read it but buying cheap isn't always a good idea. I would certainly trust a bigger brand than a $5 charger personally certainly leaving it overnight for example. It's no different to a $200 android phone doing similar things to an iphone for basic tasks as the poster above you stated. These prices are alot due to the brand and the air power is more than just a wireless charger. Being able to charge two phones at once is something no other charger can do and being able to charge the apple watch too. Thats why it's expensive

I'm a little disappointed, I pre-booked the TV for this. Rather than having to watched the missus soaps.

It's my work desk charger, and has been PAT tested by the on-site electrician with no issues. You couldn' be more wrong comparing it to a cheapnphone and an expensive phone tho. It has one function and does it perfectly well, like a kettle really. It just works. There's no difference in screen quality, camera quality , etc, the stuff You pay for on a more expensive phone. So again, don' be thinking you are getting a better charger. You could spend one million bucks on a charger and it would not be better then mine. 20 mins flat and its fully charged from zero, its faultless. If you really think putting 2 charging plates in one device somehow makes.up the price of £ 200 bucks, when one can be produced, sold and delivered for 5 bucks. Then wow, just wow.

Ps, would you like to buy a bridge?

I guess I just don’t understand the convenience to value proposition. It takes 2 seconds to plug in a phone or tablet.

Aww, don't be so pessimistic, folks... At least there'll be NEW BAND COLORS!!!

Right!!? Right...?

20 mins flat and charged from zero? huh? no wireless charger can do that. Hell no charge with a cable can do that. For one the charger I use can be used standing up and flat. To me thats worth the extra money when I want a stand and to put it in my bag. The air power is expensive I've never said for many it's a good price to pay but I'm talking about the market when talking about price comparisons. The market says giving what these big brands charge the abilty to charge 3 devices at once is a big selling point. If you would rather buy cheap products on ebay thats up to you. Not something I would ever want or need to do. Each to their own.
