How Pathetic.
I can see a lot of people Jailbreaking 13.5 to add this feature, and android users switching back.

but WHY? It just doesn't make any sense. Why does it work *sometimes*?
That's great news! I'll tell my wife to install it on her SE 2020 model and test it. Can you confirm that you have the 2020 SE?After installing iOS 14.1 on my iPhone SE, the ability to long-press on lock screen notifications has been re-instated.
Yep, iPhone SE 2020 here. Can you confirm that you have the 2020 SE?

Based on some threads related to this kind of thing it seems like that functionality was there as of iOS 14.0.That's great news! I'll tell my wife to install it on her SE 2020 model and test it. Can you confirm that you have the 2020 SE?
iPhone 8 should support all that. This is great!!!!
Thanks everyone.
EDIT: No, I don’t have an SE 2020, just an iPhone 8, but sometimes I think about getting an SE. Especially now that iPhone 12 mini is so expensive in Europe and doesn’t have Touch ID
Yes, I know, not only supports haptic touch but 3D touch as well. I was just expressing my joy for all the SE owners who deserved to have this feature, not for myself. My cousin, for instance, has an SE, so I’m glad this feature is coming back. I am happy too because, as I said, maybe I jump from my 8 to the SE and not having this Haptic Touch implementation on the notifications was a deal breaker. Not that there’s much difference between the 8 and the SE tho, but the SE is a great device, and cheap. The 12 is appealing but... I’m not sure what to do.iPhone 8 should support all that.
