Yes but he can at lest go from 5 to 6.1 guaranteed.
 
So this app is only payed . I seen some cracked ones from other repos but I'm guessing that there not going to get updated as well.....?

A status update about Quasar for 6.1, dinggus, instead of solicitation for contract programmers. I thought that was obvious. Clearly not, for some people. :rolleyes:

There's status updates throughout this whole thread, kodeman53. The creator isn't giving updates via this thread, watch his twitter. I thought that was obvious. Clearly not, for some people. :rolleyes:

What is obvious is you missed my point and explaining it to you isn't worth the time.

As the OP I feel some responsibility for this thread. The only source of information about the update will be from the developer himself on his twitter feed. He posted an update as recently as yesterday to say he is still working on it and has made major breakthroughs. It doesn't look like money is the issue but time. For accurate updates follow him on twitter @pedroh96
Bickering on this forum won't get us the update any faster.
As a user of Quasar on ios 5.1.1 I have a strong feeling I will just remain with its 5 and avoid the iOS 6 update when it comes out as I'm not too excited about any of the iOS 6 features.
 
I wish i could downgrde my mini! I want quasar or something like it. I can believe that is the only app that does that for the ipad!

And really wish got some bitters for the team to make multiapp for the iphone 5, want that almost just as bad

Write your own app ;)
The DEV is a minor around the age of 15 or 16, give the kid a break.

I have offered to front a team with him leading it, offered to pay up front and show my business dgree and credit score or whatever else a team would want so i have to agree that this kid is slow to capitalize on an app that 99.9% of ipad owners want.

99.9% of iPad owners want this? Relax, wait for the kid to release an update if there is one. I think his education is more important than trying to please us.
 
The current version seems to put iOS 6.1 into permanent safe mode so I don't mind him taking his time with a decent update lol as other people said give him a break ffs.
 
So does this work now, it's been a week since he posted that on twitter ?

IM SO INSANELY HAPPY! now i will actually use my ipad 4 SOOO MUCH MORE OFFTENNN!!! :D

hell yah im down to give him some mulah, hes a badass. I really HATE how people are such *******s to him about this whole thing. Hes a KID, he doesnt WORK like ADULTS DO. Nor would i want to sign some contract when that wouldnt MOTIVATE me to do it any faster. Deadlines SUCK. Im glad the kid stuck it out and took his time and has kept it as a hobby. I admire him
