I'm at a walmart in Pennsylvania. We are the only two here. The walmart closest to our house said not for sale until 8 am tomorrow. This one said midnight. Now we're just waiting for the witching hour. They had 5 white and 5 black 16gb. They had some 32s but I didn't ask how many. They're stored in the security office.

No luck. Both walmarts by my house said no. Not till 8am. Once said 9-10 since they are expecting them to be delivered around 8-8:30 (yeah right). Screw the $20 savings. I'm buying at 3am from apple to pick up at store later. Don't got time to be hunting down for an iPad. Will buy and wait to get email from apple that my iPad is ready for pick up. Driving home now to sleep for a little

My local walmart doesn't know what a ipad air is. She put me on hold for about 5 minutes and said sorry sir we didn't get that game in. I explained to her it was a tablet made by Apple. She ask me if I knew the price range. She said check back tomorrow.
I didn't ask on specific numbers, they just said they already had them in stock.
Yeah same here in Miami too when I called this afternoon. The $20 savings ain't worth it. Not dealing with Walmart folks
I went to a nearby Walmart, and was told the manager locked the iPads away. No one can get it until the manger comes in the morning round 7. Dang

After I left the dolphins game. We won by the way. Driving home to Kendall. I stopped at dor walmart and Kendall Walmart. Even called 2 around the city. A total of 4 didn't know nothing about an iPad. Both of the walmarts I stopped by said tomorrow 8-10. Next option is ordering at 3am from apple app.
I went to two Walmart stores (including the one that told me over the phone that I could buy tonight at midnight) and both said no until 8 AM. Guess I'll be ordering through Apple in two hours for in-store pick up.
I was never able to get a hold of anyone on the phone either. I spoke to someone directly when I went in for some Halloween candy earlier tonight.
Google apple store within a store Wal-Mart. Others have said that the only way you are getting one is if your Wal-Mart has that. I went to mine after they said they were selling at midnight, only to have the computer refuse to sell it. Of course they had no clue what to think, they said in most cases that only happens when they try to sell beer on Sunday morning or a movie before midnight of the release. Anyway, the manager could not override it. He spent 40 minutes using various methods to try and get it to ring up and it simply wouldn't remove the block. It appears the 8AM time others have mentioned is a POS block.
Can you ask how much the 32GB run for? I'm curious if its on sale like the 16GB once rang up
At my store they said the 16 was 479 and the 32 was 599. Of course it wouldn't ring up, but they had some information on the price anyway from somewhere.
