Wow, these are great. Got WiFi, Airplane Mode, Bluetooth and Network in a folder. The four annoyances as I called them because of the travel I do. Always a pain to get to those. Also, it's an equal amount of steps as compared to Android.
Yes. I use the Touch Icon app from the AppStore. You can create phone, text, and email shortcuts with people's picture's. Actually you can create shortcuts for just about anything with any picture in your gallery as an icon.
I have a quick problem. Now that there is a jailbreak and sbsetting is available I tried to delete the Wifi icon and it won't let me. Every other icon deletes fine just the wifi icon. Is there a workaround this?
5.1 GM isn't out yet, only to select partners at companies, not to general devs. should be out later today after the announcement, with 5.1 offically out in a week or so, at an educated guess.

No idea, I hope the path just changed due to the new os so we can get them back. Really sad to lose this feature, apple really should have a native method to do this. It's like they are mad at people being able to quickly and easily navigate the settings menus.
