I am looking for an app that changes the voice from microphone during call with all messaging apps such as whatsApp, skype. I looked up online and found some apps, but none of them changes voice across the all platforms, but rather provide voice altering featuring for the calls made within that app.

I have seen that iOS does not provide such premissions to apps.
