I reserved preorder then back ordered went to store they canceled online order gave me a phone. Now I just got another one in mail...

No new cc charges or anything. What's the chance il get caught? I don't care about integrity cash is tough and il keep an sell if I can. Itl pay for some my family's bills.

Yep. The iPhones are all serialized and linked to your account. They have everything they need to track it down and prove you have it.

Happened to me with the first Verizon iPhone. Apple called me. Return it and save yourself the headache. As someone mentioned they have a paper trail a mile long proving you had it.

They will charge you whatever you paid to get one of them. This happened to me with the iPhone 4, with an online order. I paid the $200 for the upgrade and they sent me 2 iPhones. I thought it was gonna be free also but I was charged another $200. Somehow I was still off contract, and could have bought another for the upgrade price. I just ended up selling the extra to my brother for $200.

It's not your phone. It's an error. Why not contact them to return it and not worry about *if* they catch on? You'd contact them if they billed you for 2 and you only got one. Just sayin'
