Appreciate your perspective
I fully understand they are within their delivery window for my IPad but based on the Fedex delivery date for the Smart Cover they are going to miss the original window for it.
I am in no way criticizing Apple because I think they are a great company and I do business with them because they provide quality products and quality customer support and have done so for many years.
I have owned at least 7 apple computers going back to pre MAC days, on my third iPhone and this will be my second iPad.
I do believe that I can say that based on my experience with this company and the many launches I have been a part of they wern't as well prepared for this one as other launches in the past.
People, people....why so negative? What are you expecting? Apple is still within their promised shipping window time! We are now only in the beginning of our 4th business day. And from a friend of mine who works for Apple, they consider it the 3rd business day after the date of order. (Which is why launch day was a Friday.
I think we need to settle down here and stop calling it your worst experience ever. I think its okay to be frustrated if you lack patience, but to start criticizing is pointless.
