What do you expect them to do? There probably wasnt anything they could do for you, just man up and reorder and quit acting like you are entitled.
WHOOOAAA!!!!!! If his order was cancelled out of no fault of his own HE SHOULD get the next on available PERIOD...... If his order was placed before yours and his order was cancelled by the automated system and he calls to get it fixed he should get his order filled before yours depending on what time's the orders were placed..
Having random orders being cancelled is NOT a smart way of doing business...
