I think most of 3G models do not get shipment because of AT&T
not like wifi models directly ship from China,
it would get late shipment, but directly from USA not China ;)
so I think there should be the status update on Monday (I hope)

Shipped! Got my FedEx tracking number & it says it's been picked up. It does say "shipment exception" though - I'm hoping that's just because it was picked up after the cutoff.

16GB white WiFi. =)
 
Ordered at 12:53am PST. White 32GB Wi-fi. Got FedEx shiping notice two hours ago, with delivery expected on Thursday to Ohio. :)

Ordered the same thing at 1:12AM and nothing, had thought last week if get it in tome for the NCAA tournament
 
Yeaaa, even the engraved one is Prepped. Next week should be exciting.

If Apple shipped all of the original iPads from China, I don't see why it'd be any different this time. Especially since there's no factory in the US making these things.
 
My iPad 2 Status

I ordered a white 16GB WiFi iPad 2 @3:05c on March 11, and as of this post, it's prepared for shipment. Shipping estimated 3-5 business days and delivered between Mar 18 - Mar 25. I also got an engraving on it.

Even thought it saids they'll be here by the 17th March, i believe they'll get here sooner becuase my work place have shipments from shenzhen, china via fedex int'l express all the time. Shipments that are shipped on Saturday usually arrives on Monday or Tuesday the latest :D Looking forward to get mine very soon. I'm in Los Angeles, CA BTW!

I'm in Los Angeles as well. I dont have an office in china but I can confirm with you that my previous apple order from china has arrive one day ahead.

(Apple showed as shipped by 8am on the 11th but the fedex site still says that they haven't picked it up yet.)

Ended up just going to the att store and picking another iPad up. There was only a couple people on line so why not. Still waiting for this one though.

I'm right there with you. I ordered a black 32 GB AT&T model and it still says "Not yet shipped." Figures I would pick the model that ships last... I'm hoping for some good news in the morning when I wake up.
 
Nothing yet. Might swing by AT&T tomorrow and see if they have any in stock.

Great News!

16gb Wht Wi-Fi, Orange poly cover. Order placed at 1:05 AM PT. Originally, Apple's site said my cover was shipped and my IPad was "prepared for shipment". However, it changed, to my pleasant surprise, and now says my IPad was is shipped. Says I should get it by the 17th, the day before my birthday! Happy birthday to me. Lets just hope they didn't make a double mistake and change it back.

I ordered mine just 3/11 before 3 CST and received notification at 9 tonight that it is in transit.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi 3G 64GB -- Verizon

Scheduled for 3/17. I wouldn't mind it being a bit early.

My smart cover hasn't been shipped though. I can wait a bit on this one.
 
So it seems that AT&T figured out a way to mess with another thing. Sweet. :D

Same boat here. Waiting for att 64 white. Had better luck in the att store though.
 
Same story

I ordered a 64GB AT&T 3G as well and nothing yet!! Something is going on. Especially when the engraved ones are already shipping!!!!!
