I just got a shipment notification email. My white 32GB WiFi is shipping. Estimated delivery Thursday. My black 32GB WiFi still shows prepared. I'm hoping I get another email in a few minutes.

Bought my Black Ipad2 64GB Wi-Fi at 12:47 as soon as they went on sale.
Overnight status changed to Prepared for Shipment.
15 minutes ago it changed to shipped. Got the email almost immediately.
Scheduled delivery is the 16th.

FedEx delivers on Saturdays in the big city, not where I live. They probably have Saturday deliveries in places that are also big enough for an Apple Store.
FedEx delivered my smartcover today (Saturday) and I don't live in a big city. Or any city for that matter. We also have no Apple Store.
I ordered the exact same thing at 3:50 am est so maybe mine will ship pretty soon. If I end up getting it Thursday thats gonna work out pretty good for me I am off Thurs. Fri. Sat. Sun. and Mon.
If his is like mine the Apple page says the 16th, Fedex page says 17th. Not sure why the discrepancy.

Same here. Fedex has its estimated delivery by 4:30 of 3/17 but my shipment notification email from apple has my ipad being delivered by 3/16.
