Mine was ordered on the 22nd, it was slipped to April 3rd shipping, nothing I can do about it, till then... I read here. And hope Otterbox comes out soon with some protection !
 
Ordered my iPad2 WI-FI 3G 64GB (BLACK) on 12 March. It shipped on 2 April, and arrived on 7 April. That is on week prior to Apple's stated date of shipment and arrival. Put a SquareTrade warranty on it the same day..

Ordered my black 16g Verizon iPad on march 24 and it's now prepared for shipment! Seems like apple is really speeding things up now!
 
Orders Fulfilled out of Hong Kong?

I see posts referencing FedEx flights out of Hong Kong.

Are the online orders shipping directly out of Hong Kong or from HongKong
to a distribution facility in California, first?

Orders are fulfilled direct from the factory in Shenzen, just outside of Hong Kong. So the flights I mentioned above to Memphis and/or Anchorage are where the iPad 2's will land, go through customs, and then catch other flights to eventually get to all of our doors :)

This thread has gone from a "when is mine shipping" thread to a WOW, I'm glad I'm not that obsessive lol...

I check my order 2-3 times a day... I bet some of the ppl here are over 10x a day !

I ordered mine on Mar 18th also. Cover shows prepared for Shipment, but not ipad. My credit card was charged for both so I suppose It will ship soon

Heads up white 16gb wifi peeps. My March 18th order just went 'prepared for shipment'. I'm not sure exactly when, but it was within the last few hours.

Yes, my March 17th 11:51AM PDT White 16GB WiFi is now PFS! It went there sometime this afternoon.
