Also told by another rep via twitter that "in transit" literally means "in transit" not "sitting in a warehouse" but they can't tell me where my package is, which is confusing since it's been 21 hours now. It would have arrived somewhere if it's really "in transit" so why hasn't it? They refuse to admit it may hve been miss scanned, or they don't know where it is. All I get is

Well, I see a scheduled flight to Memphis leaving at 3:01PM AKDT so hopefully we'll see some updates on our tracking in the next 40 minutes!

Edit: Looks like based on the timestamp it could be headed to KIND via FDX22. Shouldn't make any difference.

WOW KnitGirl what's going on with our ipads mines say on the yahoo tracking, in transit it's been that way since yesterday where is it going after it leave AK ???

Me, too! I'm sure I'm on FDX94 given my close proximity to Memphis. Hopefully we'll BOTH get ours tomorrow! :D

iPad 2 to NYC

I ordered Mar 17th, and my ipad 2 black 16g began shipping last week. It's been sitting in Anchorage now for 30 hours. There's a flight leaving for Newark, NJ in 10 minutes... here's hoping...

Just called Fedex. Looks like my iPad is spending its second night in Anchorage. This is worse than Lantau Island. Shipping has taken 96 hours and counting...

Well guys it's been fun reading all your posts as my iPad was along for the ride right beside y'alls but now we part. BTW thanks for all the links and such!!! My iPad left Anchorage at 3:45pm exactly the same time as FDX 5092 to Ft. Worth Alliance in Texas where their regional sort facility is located. This means my toy will arrive my office in Dallas tomorrow. Again it's been fun... :D
 
i have movement

well just came in from dinner to find out that my ipad 2 is in fedx in Oakland Ca, yay it's having movement now it was due here on the 14th , ordered on the 16th... white 32gb wifi 3g at&t wont be long now

I left within 2 minutes of yours (tagged at 15:04), and Mine went on a flight to Indianapolis, then to Chicago... I MIGHT GET IT TODAY!!!

Well mines is on the way so i'm happy i have waited so long for this ;) It made it in san diego last night , yay
