There are actually 4 flights.

The last ones comes into Memphis at 2 AM CDT.

it is still possible that they may put the stuff onto local destinations. I see two flights from Memphis to Philly after 2 AM CDT and they reach philly around 6:30 AM. So, we could get lucky.

How do you see upcoming flights?? I can only find flights in the air.

My ipad left Alaska!:D After 30 hours there. It's on flight FDX 5092 tri-jet. It's 13 minutes into flight, at 15,100 feet, going at 420 miles per hour. Only 5 hours and 41 minutes before it reaches memphis!!!:D:D 3,123 miles left. I'm a very happy boy.:)

looks like my package was with yours since china. itys crazy how somethin like an ipad can cause so much anxiety watchin it sit at a facility for so long. especially when 6 flights took off after our packages were sitting there. least we have some movement though.

im in washington so i was a little bummed to find out that it has to travel all the way to memphis first. as long as its moving though.

i have read that Fedex will actually hold a package if its ahead of schedule.... have u ever heard of such a thing?? i dont understand why a company would do so. if you can get the package there sooner i think thats what would make me return. im hoping for monday but since they do this ill probably have it on tuesday. thats if the fedex guyy will actually ring my doorbell. i cant hear his knock and i have had to PICK my package up aklmost everytime. im campin out by the door this time.... and if you think im joking people!!!! im not.... i know... sad huh??

YAY, I know I am OCD, but I love FlightAware. Right now, my little iPad is somewhere over Canada, halfway through its flight to Louisville from Anchorage!

Good for UPS. They got my little iPad in and out of Anchorage in TWO hours flat!

It will be a tired little iPad when it arrives on Monday and I will need to give it lots of TLC. So excited!!!

hahaha. I think you might get it monday or tuesday. I have heard that FedEx holds packages so they arrive in the expected 4-5 day time span (might be why it was held in Alaska for so long). I have also heard about 75% of FedEx packages arrive a day early. I know, it sucks you need to sign. It is like a 30 minute drive to pick it up at their warehouse. AND I live in Chicago. Crapy service on their part. I kinda wish apple shipped my ipad with UPS.

If sunday wasent sunday you would recieve it then, but now its likely monday.

Shipping a week early, wasn't supposed to leave china until 27-28. Left on the plane two days ago so I should have it by Monday!

Guess it will come early just checked the tracking again and it said estimated delivery date 26th yet on the email I received saying it had been shipped it said delivered on or before 3/05/2011

monday works for me!! haha i understand why they might want to deliver it on the date scheduled for those who might have taken work off in order to sign for it. which is what i did haha instead i took monday and tuesday off and wed if i have to!!!!

Ok, my tracking status has officially been on in transit to Louisville, KY for almost 2 full days now. I don't see how that can possibly be--it does not take 2 full days to cross the ocean on a plane. I'm now starting to worry that it won't even be here Monday, which is the delivery date I got in the e mail.

Stupid UPS.

i had that happen to me once when i used UPS. i had sent a few packages prior that u could track all the way from washington to san diego except for one time. it hit everett wa and didnt scan in until it was on the truck. thankfully i caught it or i wouldnt have been there. so i would keep a close eye and im sure they will get it there on time.

Same here. You'd think that there would at least be an update or something. But that's UPS. I love their domestic service, but this is simply horrible. I'll never order from the website again. If I had known the thing would ship from China, i would have gone to a store and bought one.

I think yours is with a few of ours... Flight landed in KY 38 min ago, they probably just didnt give you the update at AK

I'm also thinking this may be possible as I've hopefully found the flight from KY to Boeing Field. It would arrive at Boeing Field around 6am and then transfer to a ground shipping facility by 7-8am and could be out for delivery on Sat.

So your saying they really do Saturday delivery with worldwide express? I couldn't really find that online... Wasn't sure. I've had many packages from ups or fedex come a day earlier of the estimated date so I know they wouldn't just hold it bc of that reason ESP since I live in Wisconsin and in the burbs, it isn't that busy as the cities.
