I'm on a mac, but I figured it out...
Thanks for that!
When you're ordering are you limited to a certain quantity or can you order as many as you like?
Please, take pictures when you receive your order! I'm interested

I don't know about the quantities. I figured I had to hurry and checkout before someone beat me and I just hit "3" for the quantity. I will post pics when they arrive. Thanks for that!

Go to the online apple store, go into your account info (or open a new account if you don't have one) and click "enable 1 click" for the absolute quickest transaction.Alright, what do you suggest doing to get the fastest possible transaction?
I have all my credit card information on a MS document and have my browser refreshing the apple site everyone 1 second. Anything else I should do to hopefully "guarantee" the purchase?

I enabled One-click, so does this mean once the phone becomes available I can purchase it immediately?
Here's what I'm hoping will happen:
at one point, during the refreshing process, there will be an option to buy it now, and due to the fact that I have one click enabled I can click purchase, enter the quantity, and then the transaction is complete?
Should be. Thats what I did.
What is the big deal about this??? It's a first-generation phone that costs the same as a refurb 3G phone with twice the storage. If you're one of the people buying it as a "backup" phone, please let me know what you do to have $150 to spend on something that will probably sit in a drawer.
no luck at all refreshing for a while now. Should of stay home when they had it.

You don't have to sign the two year contract to buy it, it's easier to unlock, and the data plan isn't forced on it, because it's easier to lock. for the 3G you have to sign the contract still, and products are known to be returns that have scratches
I'd keep tabs on the iPod refurb pages if the deal returns
