Regrets Beta Testing iOS 5 on the iPad 2?

Someone mentioned not getting sound. For me, iOS 5 had changed the mute/orientation lock to mute.
I setup an @me.com address on the iPad using iOS 5. How can I use it in a desktop email client?
The MobileMe Windows app won't let you unless you already have an active MobileMe account. I used to have a MobileMe account but canceled it a year ago. Signing in to the MobileMe Windows app tells me my account is inactive.

I am not 100% sure but you also need the iCloud Desktop software, which is currently in beta and available to developers for download.
I originaly restored a backup but I had lots of issues with MobileMe, so I restored the phone as new.
If someone wants to do a full restore back to 4.3.3 there's an easy way. Plug in the iPad to the computer with iTunes running. Do a hard reset: power button and home button held down -- wait for the power to cycle while keeping them held down until it starts booting up again. Then you'll get the option to do a restore. That's how I was able to do it.
I loved it! Notifications are super cool. But then I couldn't watch anything on Netflix, HBO Go or ABC Player which I'm using to run 5 miles a day to get ready for Vegas so I had to restore lol.
I'd rather be fit than have iOS5
Very promising though for when it comes out. And Safari without the checkerboard, though I didn't care before, really does make the experience better.

Still running iOS 5 on my iPhone 4, very few small bugs have stopped me from using it as I normally would. I find that the os 5 perks make it worth dealing with a few annoyances, About to attempt to restore to 4.3.3 on my ipad 2 though, After 3 seperate complete crashes and being unable to use netflix, hbogo and a few games figured it would be nicer to use that as normal even if the few perks are really nice.
Is anyone else having problems with the Photo Frame function in iOS 5? I've set it up in every possible way and it doesn't seem to work.
What's weird is that if I change the transition to Dissolve, lock the iPad and press the Photo Frame button, the button flashes and turns blue (to show that it's turned on) but nothing else on the lock screen changes - the clock and lock bar don't fade out an my wallpaper remains.
If I put it on Origami, lock and press the button, the bars fade out and the screen turns black... but no photos load at all.
I have tried with every variation of photos - changing the album used in the frame, changing settings like time etc, nothing seems to work.
Any ideas?

I can confirm that it does not work for me. Other than that it's running great. I set it up on my iPad 2 and iPhone 3GS and ao far it's doing everything I need.
FYI since almost everyone in the thread doesn't seem to understand this:
This is NOT a beta, its a developer preview. This means that each seed can break any of your apps at any time. It also means that any seed can completely break functionality of the phone.
Just a warning...
+1 I don't think its fair for people who shouldn't have access to the developer preview to comment on apps that don't work. It makes it look like the developers have broken software when in reality it works just fine, but simply hasn't been updated to iOS 5.

I don't think it is really complaining but just passing the info on to others.
Because some apps are very important to some people.
I don't think it is a reflection on the developer at all.
actually it is a Beta, that's why it's called a beta, it's not called a developer preview like Safari 5.1 and Lion.......
Its a beta FOR developers, making it a developer preview. Watch Apples keynote.
I disagree. I've already seen on other boards where people are whining about apps not working and wondering when the developers will fix it.
If an app is important to someone, they shouldn't be putting pre-release software on their phone.
I just tried this and it wouldn't let me, I guess I am going back to iOS 5 then.

Just restore an older backup you took with iOS 4.
