iphonecase2011 will give you the best price he is able to get you. Somtimes the prices fluctuate tiny amounts. Best to wait to hear directly from iphonecase2011. Post up pics when you get your new case!
The link for the taktik is for the old plastic version. Not recommended to buy, it will crack on you. It is also the previous generation style of knockoff cases. All around it is not a good case.
Theres a reason myself and the other founders of this thread recommend iphonecase2011, its because he has the best quality stuff with guaranteed customer service if any issues arise or things are not to your expectations.
ItBeMe22, you can find iphonecase2011's direct email on page 17, post #408 of this forum. He will give you great customer service. His products are of excellent quality and at least half the price of the authentic (plastic) TakTik Extreme cases. When Lunatik was offering their aluminum case for the iphone 4/4S, they were charging $174.99 plus shipping which was either $10 for standard, $25 for express. Either way, that makes it easily over $180.00 for a phone case. Iphonecase2011 priced his updated version of the Extreme for the iphone 5 @ $50. That's less that half the price of the authentic plastic version that costs $125. And if you check out Lunatik's facebook page, you'll find a lot of repeated complaints from many unsatisfied customers. They have a very lackluster customer service approach to serving their customer base. All the positive comments on their fb page are from people who were either lucky to not have any issues with their cases or haven't experienced any yet. But, when issues start popping up....you start seeing a totally different reaction from those same customers and poor responses from Lunatik. You'll notice when people ask simple straight forward questions, they get a general "contact us" kind of response instead of giving a response/solution that everyone experiencing the same issue(s) could use. Instead, it's their customer base(including myself), that gave solutions to many of the problems people were(are) having with their authentic cases.
Switching to iphonecase2011 was the best decision I made involving these TakTik Extreme cases. You will not regret buying from him.

Seriously, how is the bulk? Is is slim enough for front pockets still?
I just got the urban armor case it's pretty slim but may not be enough protection.

It definitely requires a larger pocket to fit comfortably and weighs about the same as a couple decks of playing cards(with phone installed).

I already adressed this a few posts ago. These are not the recommended cases to buy. Myself and the other founders of this thread have already established that iphonecase2011 is the person to buy from, so I dont know why youre asking about some random company no ones heard of. All I can tell you is the cases shown are not the ones you want to be buying. As far as being trustworthy, well if you want trustworthy order from iphonecase2011 who has like 50 satisfied customers on this thread so far.
looking forward to seeing the pics! I would just send him an email and ask about the Netherlands, Im not sure about how global shipping works between all the different countries, Im sure he'll be able to work something out for you.

I'll post my experience with the case as soon as I get it. High hopes on this case since I dropped my iphone 5 this vacation and damaged the aluminum sides of the phone... Thank god the rest of the phone isn't damaged. Figured I need better protection and I had been looking at the taktik when it started as a kickstarter project!
I asked the question, because someone else had mentioned the company earlier. This company has many other cases to purchase, so I was simply asking to see if anyone ordered from them. Sorry!
I bought a couple of these from a guy locally. They are the aluminum ones and the signal strength is definately degraded. I don't have time right now to do pictures and such though. Question for the people who had this problem and then got the plastic back piece. Did this fix the signal issue for you? If so I am going to contact iphonecases2011 and see if he will sell me some back pieces. Thanks for any info, its much appreciated.
Definitely post up pics and also let us know which carrier you are with. If the metal is causing any signal degradation then simply adding a plastic rear panel would fix the issue. Like I have said though, it does not cause issues with all phones but rather seems to be with certain iphone5's an with certain carriers. Keep in mind the iphone5 has a weak antenna system to start with which has caused many reception issues for users both in and out of the case. But yes in answer to your question adding a plastic back panel would alleviate any possibility of interference whatsoever from a scientific standpoint. Let us know how it all goes!
Just received my taktik from iphonecas2011! Very fast shipping from hong kong! Really like the case and I think I've had luck and bad luck at the same time!
First the lucky part: the mute button. It works! I've heard everybody complain that it is impossible to mute the iphone while it's in this case, but with my copy it works just fine.
The not so lucky part: Exhausted screw hole. On of the screw holes on the backplate is completely exhausted and it's impossible to firmly secure the screw in it. To be completely honest I think all screw holes are not of great quality, but only one of them gave me a problem. I've contacted the seller and hope he'll send me a new backplate!
The not so lucky part 2: "rainbow effect". I have this oily kind of stain on my screen that moves when you press on it. I assume this is the rainbow effect everyone was talking about. Thought I also read there was a way to solve this. How exactly?

I had the same problem with one of the screw holes. I tried one of extra screws supplied and was able to tightened the screw. It seems as if the supplied screws threads strip easily. Hope this helps.

Yes silence switch has been fixed on all the latest models that iphonecase2011 is selling so all of you can now expect it to work. As far as the screw holes that is just a fluke defective product and as I can see fropm your post a replacement is already on its way and yesy another reason why I recommend iphonecase2011 so heavily, the customer service is amazing and you feel protected and secure as a buyer knowing you are going to get the best value and honest service!

They shouldnt strip that easily unless you're using a ratchet to tighten them or something. It may just be a defective plate, I have not heard of this problem very often in the metal ones and its definitly not par for the course from my experience.

I appreciate your post but I have to correct you that the 'real deal' is not the way to go as I have reflected on my review video and as many posters on here like Arthur and many others can testify the real one has a multitude of problems and secondly private sellers such as yourself cannot sell the real one unless you are reselling personal purchases.
So gotta say to many inconsistencies in what you posted and in this forum those of us who have been ordering these knockoff cases from the beginning can only recommend trusted sellers such as iphonecase2011 of which everyone so far has had an amazing experience. So be smart people buy from the recommended seller and be assured of as advertised product with full customer service guarantee

I just visited the Lunatik facebook page...and things are still a mess or worse. Same complaints with the same kind of responses(or non-responses in some cases).
But, it was actually cool to see one guy mention the knockoff cases, giving a very positive view about them. I don't think Lunatik appreciated that too much as they responded that they do not service these knockoffs. He responded basically saying: Why would he care about that, when he could just buy another case at a fraction of the cost of their $130 case.
There are people saying how their genuine cases are cracking/breaking. And then they also want $50 for a plastic bike mount! That's insane! People are still waiting for the one to fit the iPhone 5 Extreme to be produced/released (over a year).
They seem to not have made any strides in improving their customer service or operation of their company.
Their sense of customer service or appreciation doesn't align with what people are paying for their cases.
People expect nothing but the best service when paying premium prices for anything. And rightly so.

dannyhex, I paid $50 when I ordered mine. But, you should contact him via his email that is posted earlier in this thread. You will get nothing but great service from iphonecase2011, just read some of the earlier posts. He will make sure you are satisfied with his service and product.

I use the silver for my iPhone 5 and LOVE IT ! I have zero signal loss and the rainbow effect I noticed that if people over tighten the screws it will give you that , loosen them up a little you can see it move till it is gone
I would rather just ship to USA to keep shipping cost free so hit me up if you would like one ! once they are gone they are gone from me
