As reported. Only 600K iPad2 will be available. So what the jerk(and there are more people like him) buys up the supplies. This jerk(s) will re-sale them at a premium price to the unfortunates, whether on ebay,craigslist or overseas.

It's even more annoying they don't even use apple products they know nothing about it their asking people in line questions like is it thinner? Does it have a camera?

Too bad everyone in line could just ignore him, maybe he'd go away. I'm sure Apple wouldn't take too kindly knowing there is some gun toting troll hanging outside their store with 80K in cash and telling people he has a gun, but for $50 profit he'll take your iPad.
One guy carrying 80K armed with a gun and a permit to carry is easily relieved of his 80K and his gun by 2 Bigger thugs with guns and No permits to carry

yeah. half that line and some quick action and everyone would have free iPads and one less reseller. They're as bad as ticket scalpers.

and for further thought, who among us would honestly NOT have a price at which we'd take cash from a reseller? You wouldn't do this for $10,000? Given that, it's hypocritical to bust on others just because their price is lower.
Absolute madness. Scalpers multiplied by 5. I was 30th in line somehow there was 100 people infront of me by 5. My gf couldn't even get a 16g AT&T for her uncle she had to get a 32g and that's it they were out of AT&T 3gs. they swiped my card I signed for it and the computer froze so there's a hold on my account now but I still had to scramble to get the cash for my 32g 3G white. So I basically paid for 2 ipads and left with 1. Who knows how long the hold will last. I can't even activate my 3G cause my debit card is frozen now cause of multiple charges. Screw scalpers and screw that mall and apple staff. And to a smaller degree screw apple for wanting this chaos.
If a guy hands you $800, it's now your money. Not his. Say thank you and have a officer escort you out.
