I've had a couple of freezes in a few days, its perfect otherwise so I'll probably wait for a fix.

I have no problem with those returning over the issue.

It's a premium laptop, if your using it for a presentation and it locks up, I'd return it as well.

Since many say theirs are fine, it could be a hardware issue...

Why wait the fix is already here, made available yesterday!

I'm a successful professional photographer, and I also know a software glitch when I see one, this was the case. And my 13" does not have image retention by the way, with the EFI release, it is just moving along.
