Yet I'm still having this issue as well. my AT&T Next hasn't been reset and I got billed for the installment for the phone that I returned. I contacted AT&T to credit back the installment cost since I don't have the phone that I returned. So AT&T did credit me back and told me that I should wait 24-48 hours for AT&T Next to reset. Well it's been past 24-48 hours so looks like I'm going to the Apple store and get this sorted out (since I purchased at the Apple Store, Apple store is the one to reset my AT&T Next).

Wow!!!

:mad:It goes to show you how Apple has been lying to everyone. Now Verizon customers are also experiencing this crap shoot? Disgusting that you've been waiting since September 27th that's unacceptable. Looks like I have been literally lied to over and over again. Sorry to hear you are also going through this "Shut You Down" campaign. Slowly, but surely Apple is making its way onto my dislike list. This sucks for all affected by this "Shut You Down" Apple sauce of a mess!!!

I have my upgrade eligibility returned and yet I still can't purchase from Apple.com anymore as I still get the upgrade order associated with this number error.

Apple told me that bc I purchased a full retail prices 6+ using my number after I bought my upgrade, that the full price purchase using my number is locking me out and there is nothing they can do.

So I have to return my full priced purchase just to be able to buy from the Apple site again. This is seriously sad and there is no excuse for that. If I have an upgrade available then I should be able to purchase a phone. Plain and simple.

Finally!!!

This is an update...after 7 plus days of calling and emailing Apple they have finally fixed my eligibility upgrade. I am now able to finally purchase through the Apple.com store website. For all those who are still having issues call your provider, call Apple and continue to be relentless until they get it fixed and rectified. Get your provider involved with the process and update everyone as you go along.

Yes. Do this! I argued and argued that their website has issues bc I can upgrade through any other retailer outside of apple.com. After a cpl of calls to apple I just said to heck with it and told them they need to fix my account so I can order or I'll happily take all future business elsewhere lol. Funny how that line always seems to get things done. I got off the phone and ran a few errands and tried to upgrade via the site and suddenly I can! Imagine that.

That's exactly it

You are absolutely right. After waiting 7 plus days I was READY to take my business elsewhere. I made it very clear to the agent that I was done waiting and was ready to purchase an entirely different phone if this wasn't taken care of by October 13th. I took a drive and paid some bills. when I got home I checked the eligibility through the Apple.com website and to my surprise it went through. YES! I think the agent sensed I was done with the BS. I told the agent LOOK I have a MacBook, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod, and I am in the market for another MacBook along with an iMac. If this isn't rectified on Monday October 13th I will no longer continue to place Apple on my list. I WILL buy Samsung and go back to Microsoft. I was fed up for sure. I think it's all BS and nobody should have to wait 2-3 or even 7-10 days. Totally agree with you.

Either what we did worked for us or the issue with the site checking true upgrade eligibility has been fixed today. No matter what worked, I'm glad.

Yup, it finally fixed my eligibility! Cancelled my Verizon order, now hoping I can catch it in stock at a local Apple Store.
