Jeez, if their whole gimmick is this is a fancy product for fancy people shouldn’t the packaging reflect that? Particularly for the Apple market? Someone needs to tell them that less is more. Just a very quick go at making the packaging less awful:

I don’t blame them for tapping into the gullible rich gauche market. The markup on this must be off the charts.

I used to always buy Anker products, such as their wireless earbuds and their batteries... So many batteries. Not a problem. In February I bought a $20 cable from them. Never again. It died on me in 3 months. USB- C to C. A cable that has never left the outlet on the side of bed. Pure junk.

Not for me thanks, but if people want to buy nice stuff that makes them happy then that’s great. It’s a trifling amount of money for some folk.

As silly as this product is, at least it's not OBSCENELY expensive.

You know if Apple did it it would cost $699 and the sheeple would be drooling over it.
Oh really? Is that why Apple brought us that big screen monitor for professionals at a much lower price than comparable products?

Waste of natural resources and a product for those with money to waste.

Or instead of wasting $100 on something profoundly obscene like that, you could donate that money to a charitable cause like St. Judes Research Hospital for Children.

Instead of wasting $1000 on something profoundly obscene like an iPhone you could buy a $500 Android and donate the money to a charitable cause like St. Judes Research Hospital for Children.

Email their support opening with an expression of appreciation of the products you’ve purchased and let them know of your disappointment with that cable. Ask if you can return it to be examined. I’ve had cables replaced by them no charge and have been asked to just ship back the old one (they paid for all shipping).

My human brain knows this is dumb as heck.
My monkey brain sees this and goes 😍😍😍GOLD!!🤤🤤🤤
