What is the best way to reach this company? I've emailed them twice and gotten no response.

I ordered this case on Wednesday, and I still haven't received my shipment notice. Did anyone get the case, without ever getting a shipment email?

I ordered mine on Wednesday night and it shipped last night. They never answered any of my emails though.

so iLounge reviewed it.

as far as I can tell it is what I expected. I was looking at this and the rebel and now im leaning towards the rebel.

I think what I like more about the Neo, is the entire bezel is covered by hard case, and the Rebel has the softer rubber bottom, with some, it sags, or can easily be moved around. Once the case goes on, there's no real reason to take it off, so I think I'm leaning to the Neo, even if the installation takes a bit longer to get it perfect.

Good luck. I emailed them 5 days after the Capsule Rebel was released, to ask for an exchange about the bottom sagging issue, and still no reply.

Sloppy, good product, fast shipping but god awful customer support. Anyway I'll just keep it and use it. I will say that the Neo is way better looking to me than the Rebel. I'm not really into the flashy skeleton look of the Rebel.

The silicone looks like kind of a touchy issue with this case. What I plan to do after it gets worn is just cut it to fit the back of the phone. I believe it would add just enough padding to keep the phone snug and it will most likely stick to the best skin ever on the back nice, I have a skin so I'm not sure I care about the sides. Having the silicone cut to fit the back only would make installation much easier without having to deal with alignment.

That was a terrible review by iLounge. I'm ordering one. I'm sure if you install it carefully and properly, you will never have to remove this case, and the fit is so secure, you don't have to worry about junk getting in. Which is the biggest cause of bezel scratches and body scratches.

If the guy had trouble putting it in, and gave it a lower rating because of that, then thats dumb. I saw the youtube review and it doesn't look that hard at all.

I ignore the ratings on that website because they are garbage. The guy gave a leather sleeve a C because it doesn't offer much usability. Hello!....a sleeve type case wasn't designed so someone could use the phone in the case.

He also seems to place so much emphasis on pack ins. If the case doesn't include something like a screen protector, he views it as a con.

Its a good site to see pictures and get an overall idea what a product is like, but the ratings are worthless.

His review had no complaints about the case during its actual use what so ever, he just complained about the installation, a silly reason to mark down the rating. You don't give a PC game a lower score because the installation was bad, you give the game a low score because the game itself wasn't good.

I have taken the case off 3 times so far, one just to see how it came off, once to put on a new screen protector, and another time because I had to take out my sim card....Each time it took about 2 minutes to put it on. This case looks and feels great, it protects every single part of the phone...yet he tells the company they should have stopped at the rebel, though at the same time he still gives a B+...

If the case got a B+ why should the company have stopped at the product before it, obviously it's good. Either way for those that have doubts, you really are missing out on the best iPhone case that protects your phone.

Both my membrane things ripped a little upon removal the plastic h part snagged the membrane. I emailed chris so I'll see what he says... I like it but that dissapointed me. Without the membrane the phone is loose in the case. I'd have to try with a skin.

5 out of 5 Stars!!

I love this case! Just put it on my phone today and I see no reason to ever take it off or use a different case I have been through many many cases and just never like them but this one I will stick with for good! I only wish I had one for my first Iphone!
The case just kinda fit perfectly on my phone I think other may have tried to hard to put it on but it just worked and no problems!
THe craftsmanship is wonderful on this Case! Very precisely engineered!

well i got my black one in and installed yesterday. the wife is mad because her white one hasn't made it here yet(ordered at the same time).

after 24 hours of use-

i love this case! i gave my contour hard-skin away to my daughter's boyfriend. i can use my volume toggle again! i can turn the silent switch on and off again without breaking out the pocket knife! i can push the sleep button easily! i very rarely, if ever, use the headphones so that port is now covered and safe from dust!

my one and only complaint is as someone mentioned before- the logo on the back doesn't allow the phone to sit flat.

while watching that kid's review- all i heard was the word awesome over and over and over. i had to turn the volume off to watch the video.

Got mine today as well. Case was a snap to put on, pun slightly intended. I already like it over the Rebel which I liked already. The silicone "condom" was a little saggy at the bottom. Not a deal breaker and I didn't want to use the second one in case I tear one. But overall, a very nice case. I'm happy.

Neo over the Rebel hands down

Okay, I just got my white CapsuleNeo from Switcheasy in the mail today and I wanted to post some pics. Installing this case was very easy. I had no problems at all with the case or how it fit on the phone. I just took my time putting on the thin silicone membrane making sure that it covered the crome bezel and was lined up with the buttons correctly.

I only found 2 problems with this case that some people might not like.

1) You can see from the pics that when the phone is on it's back the bottom of the iphone will be elivated. This is because the Switcheasy logo on the backing of the case.

2) Without the connector protector in, the crome bezel is exposed. The main reason I mention this is that I think it will only be a matter of time until I scratch the crome bezel. Since I have to hook up the phone to the dock connector to charge it everyday. Yes, sometimes I don't always make it in the hole my first try....Shhhhhhhh don't tell her that :D

Got my Neo in black today - good fast shipping from Germany to the UK. Also received my Power Support Anti-Glare film, so accessories ahoy for my 3G!

After the film was perfectly applied (fluke!) I got to putting on the Neo. That iPhone Condom (love your work Crevice ;)) is an complete pain in the ass to apply evenly to the chrome is evenly covered. And then the H frame is a pain to apply as it can push the iCondom to far up....

But when it's all applied (correctly) it looks fantastic. Looks classier than the Rebel, and I like the fact it's all hard shell too, although I really do like the Rebel look. But as the Neo is on (and a pain to put on) it'll be staying on my iPhone until I've got a real good reason to take it off. And having two dock adapters for them now gives me less reason to take it off. Very happy with it, and a real recommendation.

Got mine today too. I ordered it Friday night, so the turn around time was very good. The rubber condom case wasn't too hard to get on, but the "H" part of the case was a pain in the butt. The rubber case kept getting caught and it was pretty frustrating. After I got it on, though, the case is absolutely beautiful. Everything fits snug and it just looks classy. I am VERY happy with this case.

I agree with the other posters. The silicone is hard to line up and the H frame is difficult to put on without catching on the silicone.

Once on the phone, its a really nice case. I can take the phone out of my pocket now and not have to be paranoid about dropping it.

Highly recommended.

Is that an on-line store in Germany? If so, can you provide the link? I can't find any Store that sells this and ship to UK.

Also, does the thin silicone covering the sleep and volume button looks as though it could ripe easily?

EDIT: I hate answering my own question. I found the site, it's SwitchEasy's Europe site base in Germany. http://www.switcheasy-europe.eu/shop/ . I am surprise that this case is 5 euro or dollar more then the Rebel. Anyway, I have just ordered the white one, can't wait...

I ordered my case Friday night and it arrived today, fast as hell! I am in NY and it shipped from CA.

Initially the install of this case was a pain in the ass, mainly the silicone working with my Best Skin Ever. The case would not fit right with that skin on the back so I took it off. The Bodyguardz must be a bit thinner than BSE because the youtube reviewer was able to keep his on. I was not able to do that without tearing the skin up. To be honest once the skin was off it isn't that hard to align the silicone. It takes a few minutes to be sure, but it's not THAT bad.

Once I got the case on though I am in awe over this case, just a beautiful design and excellent protection.

I have taken it off and put it back on about 3 times just for ***** and giggles, it gets easier the more you do it. Try not to be TOO picky about the silicone, when you pull the frames over it tends to just suck the silicone back where it should be. I had no issues with silicone pushing on to the screen.

My only small complaint is the case itself is a bit bulkier than my Incase Slider, but hardly noticeable.
I recommend this case 100%

It seems that getting the silicone just right is more important for the white version since you can see through the frame. On the black you can't see through, so if you have a little chrome showing you'd never know.

I have had a Grifin Elan Form, Contour Flick, Incase Slider, Incipio Gelskin, Agent 18 and now this. This by far is the best yet as far as looks and protection.
