Hi All,

I purchased the Ringke Fusion clear cover for the iPhone 6 from eBay Aus and received it today.

I have noticed a bubble on the line join on the bottom left corner of the cover. The other 3 line joins on the other 3 corners are fine.

Can someone please confirm this is not a defect and normal for this cover.

Any help is much appreciated.

That's where the mold gets injected, they are all like that.

Thanks waxlabo! I don't see this same issue with any other brands that make similar iPhone 6 clear cases. Apparently Ringke are Supposed to be one of the better brands. Is this a build quality issue?

no

this is a cheap case, stop being so ocd

I'll be moving on from the Ringke fusion asap. The back is peeling and bumpy after a few weeks of usage.

The back is peeling? maybe you didn't take off the thin film thats meant to be removed...its applied to the inside of the clear back and the outside.

Had the clear fusion for about 2 months and the back has a bunch of scratches, mind you i dont handle my phone rough just in and out of my pocket and usually sits on a microfiber couch when im home. No idea how all these scratches occured.

Thats pretty much normal, mine has a ton, I mean any case you get for your i device will show signs of use...what matters is for those of us that use cases is that the device doesn't show signs of use/wear.

still love the case and still rocking it with all those micro scratches. I'll prob use it until it turns yellow as some are claiming, seems to me the material its made with wont turn into a dirty color but i could be wrong

I think I posted a pic earlier in the thread but the crystal clear one does turn brownish yellow, more like the gold color of the iPhone on the sides because sides = rubber and back = plastic.

I think the best color for this case is the smoke gray one as that shows minimalistic discoloration.

Just got this case today. One thing I don't like about it is how the edges of the front lip and the outline of the back aren't smooth. The corners at the back that extends outward are fine, but the surrounding outline are so annoying to the touch.

First batches were excellent, I have noticed degraded quality in some of the most recently purchased ones I have seen.

I noticed this, too, and it strongly made me reconsider, since the smoothness at the edges is a pretty nice touch for the 6/6+.

The other thing that I noticed, coming from a Ringke Slim with the iPhone 5s, is that the texture of the new one is slicker, which was kind of a huge feature of the prior case, since it acted as kind of an anti-slip.

I think this happens to all the clear cases. The Maxboost one I got for my wife has the same issue. They are replacing it under their warranty.

I didn't realize about the warranty. Maybe i'll give them a call my self. The Case has turned very yellow on the sides, almost matching the gold color of the iPhone lol.

In future will consider the gray or black border one instead.

The coverings are very flexible and I found the room for the lightening cable to be very adequate.
