Rogers to Introduce Cheaper Data Plans in Canada?

Well let's hope the data plan is 30$ or else I'll be forced to buy a first gen unlocked iPhone. I've been wanting an iPhone for so long, please Rogers be fair and forward-thinking for once.

Just out of curiosity, why would you ever expect that based on the original iPhone launch in the US that generally has BETTER cell policies than us?
