Just got off the phone with UPS. They told me my iPhone does not show a scan that it has entered into the US. So all delivery dates they are giving are just estimates and can't be confirmed. She also told be that Apple had chosen this method for shipping. So this why it might be moving slower.
Just like we thought cheap ass Apple. Couldn't drop a few bucks for faster shipping on a $1000 device.

dammit! how in the hell yours get shipped today while mines is still stuck in china? we both have the same 1:05am arrival time in ZhengZhou. My phone was processed before you and was probably bunched together with yours but mines get ****ed over! This is very ****** of Apple. If they don't want to pay for faster shipping like any other UPS delivery for a 1000 Usd phone, at least offer it to the customer. So much for "all the preorders go with expedited shipping" like many Apple serivce representatives claimed.
Apple quoted me that originally.. estimated 23rd I guess UPS keeps trying to get it before then and failing. I guess I'm just wait till then thanks let us know if you get earlier

I am in this boat with you. Same phone with confirmation at 00:14am on 9/9. Still in PFS for 5 days. Looks like we won the popularity contest. If you check iStockNow.com and put in our specs this is what you get across all Apple Stores in US. Pretty ridiculous.
in my experience all of my purchases from apple have been expedited. I think in this situation someone, UPS or Apple, has really messed things up.

I just checked this for the Jet Black 128 AT&T. There isn't even one store in the country that has this model
You guys are aware that the flight number UPS99 does not actually describe the airplane but rather the route. So flight UPS99 that just landed is probably being moved to another plane that is ready and fueled and then given the same route number because well the route is from incheon to Louisville.
I still can't believe that's happening for you since you have the 1:05 arrival. Most of the 11:30 arrivals have no changes at all. I'm still hoping they just missed some scans, but that's what we were hoping before and that wasn't true

Like others from the 8:01pm group Incheon haven't seen any updates since then, so the hopefulness of the flight landing in ANC and getting a scan is waning. However, I guess there is hope that UPS Mychoice still shows tomorrow delivery, however the actual tracking shows "Scheduled delivery is unknown". Apple is showing the 23rd. UPS' own systems are contradicting each other so clearly the contract they have in place with Apple for whatever specific instructions they have is causing bad information. Many scans are not happening and their information is completely inaccurate, I guess we will know the results tomorrow or Friday to end this insanity for some of us.
I do believe what someone alluded to earlier that Apple has some measures in place to play traffic cop with these orders and hold certain deliveries at locations, not allowing them to be loaded onto flights, maybe intending to not overwhelm the system. Of course, the result is that is playing chaos with those wanting to know when to expect them. It's an interesting theory.

You arent the only one. My order went through at 5:15a CST and I havent seen ANY thing. No credit card charges, no shipping, no emails from apple.
