Roll call - Oct. 4th - Oct. 10th original ship date

This really pisses me off....I mean if I end up getting it tomorrow (which is what they quoted me) I won't be to mad. But it still shows in Korea so i don't know what the heck to think. If it doesn't come tomorrow, I will be pi**ed.

Last night I was able to order my husband the same 128g 7+ black AT&T and was available for pick-up at all 3 stores in my area. It remained that way until I went to sleep. But nooooooo I can't change my order because it's already shipped! I am so glad I stayed up and pre-ordered....this worked out REAL well :mad:

Wow your just ordered this last Friday and it's already been shipped? WOW! That's total ********. Ordered mine in first 30 mins and haven't got ****.

the exact phone I ordered is sitting at the apple store 15 min away available for pick up today 7+MB 128. I almost pulled the trigger, but there wasn't a time slot to pick up until later tonight, just don't have the time.

I'm in the same boat! Can't cancel since shipped but the store 10 minutes away has it for pickup, now :/ Mine's been between China and Korea for 3 days.

Talked to an apple rep today who said that they still expect it to be delivered tomorrow (my original date.)

I doubt that very much.

I had found a phone at a local Apple Store and put a hold on it, but Apple won't let me cancel my wayward Korean phone. So I had to let that go.

Spit. Kick.

I don't care so much that it's going to be another day or two late, I am however interested to see the damn thing move so I know it's coming at all. I was also told the process to cancel an order can't be completed (and therefore my att eligibility can't be reset) until the phone is returned to Apple. So if Godot holds the phone on a runway forever then that's how long it will take.

Grunt. Punch.

This was not worth getting up at 3am to order.

Yea my biggest thing is just seeing the damn thing move at this point. It's been stuck in the China/Korea loop for 2 days now.....unacceptable..

I don't understand how Apple and UPS can BLATANTLY KEEP LYING TO US by saying it'll be here tomorrow! They have the same eyes we do! From Korea, the phones still require about 13 hours of flight just to get to Louisville.They still have to fly to other airports across the country to all of the other local hubs. That is logistically impossible if the phones are still sitting in Korea.

Not sure if it's a joke or not. Try google it. Maybe just take it with a grain of salt. But in all honesty, I;'m pretty sure his head is on a chopping block and the board will eventually force him out, the same way they did to Steve Jobs back in the day.

Let's just hope for a miracle and that they skipped... at this point....

I'm tired of hoping! Like the old saying goes, hope in one hand, a pile of **** in the other, what's the difference? We can hope all we want but the only ones who can tell us when to expect our phones are lying to us so we'll leave them alone.

UNLESS....by some dumb chance, many of these are, in fact, already stateside? I'm not saying they are, but there is a crap ton of anomalies happening right now. The frequency of customs checks, mechanical failures, and unplanned reschedules is either:
1. hiding the truth as to the true status
2. some dumb **** luck on the part of UPS/Apple
3. a really **** way of bending the vast majority of the 8:01ers over a barrel
