I opened a chat just to see if they knew what our e-mails were supposed to say but he didn't know. That's all I wanted and asked he not open an investigation but he wouldn't listen (He insisted). I suppose that's a good thing, I don't want anything free, was curious if the e-mail had any important dates for us. The investigation will be moot because I'll for sure have my phone before they get back to me. Give the free whatever to someone else.

Anyone expecting delivery to Louisiana? I have NO idea what flight would bring my phone from Louisville to here lol. I've ordered plenty packages that used UPS and they always end up in Port Allen but I see no Louisville to Port Allen flights soooo I'm lost with where it'll go after Louisville lol
Yeah man, if you have Best Buy stores and or Apple stores around you, look to see if they have stock (Actually today Apple changed their policy to keeping reserved phones for IUP members ONLY, so you can't go in and buy on your carrier, you must sign up for IUP or be an IUP member already) My local Best Buy has stock right now for 7+'s. I would scope any all vendors before you cancel. Maybe get to the store and be prepared to buy and cancel your order then. The canceling and restoration of a line upgrade seems to be extremely quick.What should I do??
Apple told me that everything is normal delivery time 4-10 October still active, it is necessary to wait. 32 models are in short supply
These suggestions come from people who really want their phones ASAP. So only cancel if you're willing to check every single day and have time to waste on it. Stock goes quickly this time of year. Another couple of weeks here and these configurations that are sold out with be plentifully available.

EDIT: as a matter of fact, I just received something from UPS a couple weeks ago and it went from Louisville to Nashville then to Memphis. So it'll probably travel that road or flight or whatever lol

3:30 here and I'm in San Diego. There's a flight out of Louisville to Ontario that is scheduled to land at 5:08am. I'm just not sure UPS delivers to businesses on Saturdays. I have it on hold for pick up at a UPS CC... not sure it will make it to SD though.

What are your nearby airports that UPS can fly into?
Just took a look at the departure flights and cities. I see one from Louisville to Memphis for 5:08am EDT. Thinking my phone may take that flight. So it would go from Louisville to Memphis. Then Memphis to Jackson, MS. Then from Jackson, MS to Port Allen, LA where it always ends up. Fairly confident in that path but we shall see.
20 minutes til UPS63 lands and we hopefully get delivery dates!!

The woman I was on the phone with actually offered me any case they sell in the Apple Online Store or any accessory, like one of those Apple charging stands, crap like that. I was just lucky I got a real cool lady I guess?

Just got an email from Apple confirming a Saturday delivery! It was the same one that went out earlier, except this time the variables have been correctly filled in. It says that delivery will now be on Saturday, September 24th, 2016. Awesome.
