Yes, my original delivery date was 9/23. In fact, it still is, according the Apple order page lol:
Thank you - seems to be the case. I had a 9/24 scheduled delivery, so I'm suspecting that holds. Will keep eye on tracking though
You guys are gonna think I'm crazy:
I wake up at 11:30 to my friend, who's also in NYC, texting "omg, my phone is scheduled to be delivered today!!!"
The last time I had checked last night, it still said AK, so I had just assumed a Mon delivery.
So I check my phone, and of course see the delivery attempt just 30 mins prior.
I race out of my bed--3 days unshaven and with crust still in my eyes--and out my building, quickly grabbing the delivery note and frantically searching for the truck.
They normally take their sweet time, but of course this time I couldn't find them (I ran around my apt building in a half mile radius).
I head back to my apt and see a UPS Truck racing the opposition direction. I end up running after it for 5 mins (this is quite a distance for a truck that is magically making every single light) but he luckily stops to make a delivery and I catch up to him.
It was the wrong truck, OF COURSE. I show the guy my note and he makes a call. He let's me know that the driver will reattempt between 1-2. I thank him profusely, drenched in sweat and my vision blocked by crust.
So, now I'm waiting outside my building for the driver to come again, my head fidgeting side-to-side like a squirrel at the sound of any truck.
I'll let you guys know if they actually come.
(Sorry, I know that story is way too long)
UPS actually returned! So happy!!!!

Nice! Can I ask how you were notified? I have my set for pick up at my local UPS CC but they close at 1 and still have't received any notification. Wondering if I should stop by soon or wait it out.
Gwinnett county. A little farther than you. It has to go right past my house to get to the CC in Athens so I hope they swing by!
In Los Angeles around Ktown area, 20 minutes from the hub. Was concerned since the destination scan was at 9:37AM, a bit before the 10AM cut off. I just refreshed now, and it's showing the phone is now out for delivery. Now to wait for it..

Same here. I'm in PA. Had a departure scan at about 7:45am - from a facility that's an hour away from me. No updates since then and no phone.
