I'm in the same spot as the night I ordered. 7plus "black" 128- preparing for shipment, "not eligible to cancel or return" still showing Oct 4-10 delivery. Maybe it will move up next week?
Had a rose gold 128 plus in hand yesterday at an ATT store, said never mind- I'll wait for my black and walked out.

Most likely it will ship Monday China time, which would be at some point tomorrow I think.
 
In the same boat - 'Preparing for shipment' for the last 48 hours, with an estimated September 30-October 13 delivery. Difference is - I live IN China. I'm not sure how long it would take to deliver in-country, or whether my shipping times more accurately reflect how long it will take Apple to get phones into people's hands. I'm tempted to walk to Foxconn at this rate...
 
Same thing happened with the 6 pre order, except it shipped Saturday after launch. Friggen Apple....

I am thinking ours will change to PFS some time tomorrow/Monday in China time. At least that is what I am hoping.

Well, I've already moved to PFS, and 12:01 has passed awhile ago in my time zone. But just curious. :)

I only have one Apple store near me and it has absolutely nothing in stock.
 
Went to check my status again (of course because I am constantly refreshing the page) and now a message pops up saying that order statuses are currently unavailable/busy being updated. Maybe mine will be updated to PFS soon? :eek:

I get the same error seems the orders page is busy
 
I just noticed the same - updating support tools.

What I'm hoping most is that they can just provide more accurate shipping information. I can handle waiting until the end of the month, if that's when it's going to ship. It's just this 'preparing for shipment' status that has my hopes WAY too high. I was originally quoted a November shipment, so even to be moved to September 30-Oct 13 is pretty good...
 
Just confirming more than 24 hours later, on PFS, no changes. Got CC charged, but no serial number on supportprofile, yet.
 
I'm getting this error on both the app and website. Is this the error message you guys are getting too?

Hmm so support profiles are down, can't check on my order through the Apple Store App. I'll be an optimist for once and just let myself believe that they're about to ship out a ton of phones :)

I ordered my iPhone 7+ right after my watch, about 3 minutes after the online store opened. Shipping date for Watch (42mm Space Black w/link bracelet) was initially 9/30, just changed Friday, and it's now enroute with arrival Wednesday, 9/21.

However...my iPhone 7+ jet black has estimated deliver of 10/10-17...am hoping it too changes!
