So, no updates for any of us yet?
Nothing. So, no updates for any of us yet?
I was 2 minutes behind you! got in at 12:11 pst and ordered 2 minutes later and I was already pushed to oct.Nothing.
So much for all those people posting that even though it said 10/4-10/10, we'd still get it on launch day.
I placed my order at 12:09 AM, as soon as I could after the store finally started loading for me, and this is what I got stuck with.
Such a bummer.
Nope. I've been checking Apple order status, Apple support profile, UPS and my credit card every hour or so. Nothing.
Wait! Really? Apple said no Plusses in stores tomorrow???Probably a carrier store if anything but now that apple said no pluses... that will be hard now
Respectfully, i think that a wide majority of the people posting on here are 7+ users. Like myself i ordered my matte black 128gb 7+ at 12:14 and got this ridiculous ship date. If i had ordered a regular 7 i would be getting it tomorrow.Apple 7+ threads need there own thread.....merging the 7s in here is horrible moderation.
Yup,no plus units for walk ins.Wait! Really? Apple said no Plusses in stores tomorrow???
I swear I do this EXACT same thing. Sigh. This has made me more and more sad everyday lol especially when I'm on the other thread and watching them track shipments through China and whateverNope. I've been checking Apple order status, Apple support profile, UPS and my credit card every hour or so. Nothing.
No you wouldn't. I ordered a 7 and have this date also lolRespectfully, i think that a wide majority of the people posting on here are 7+ users. Like myself i ordered my matte black 128gb 7+ at 12:14 and got this ridiculous ship date. If i had ordered a regular 7 i would be getting it tomorrow.
Well, I guess the good news is I can sleep in tomorrow then. Almost a relief to know I've done all I can do at this point although it is disappointing.Yup,no plus units for walk ins.
Well let's try to be positive. Probably no stock in store for walk-ins mean they are trying to fulfill the preorders first.
That's an excellent point. Thanks!Well let's try to be positive. Probably no stock in store for walk-ins mean they are trying to fulfill the preorders first.
My friend who works at the apple store says the phones are already there in the back. There is no way they wouldn't have + phones available for people. Just my opinion. He always says they hold phones on purpose to create hype, but typically they have priority for the stores first, then pre-orders.Well, I guess the good news is I can sleep in tomorrow then. Almost a relief to know I've done all I can do at this point although it is disappointing.
How were you able to do the Apple upgrade with AMEX?? ThanksNo movement here, either. When I ordered, I signed up for the Apple Upgrade Program. As soon as I was approved my card was charged for the tax and first payment of a JB 7+ 128. At least I think it was charged because I received a notification from AMEX with the amount came through on my Apple Watch.
I would say next week we should see movement. My iPhone 6S and Apple watch both shipped way before the estimate time apple gave by a week for my watch and almost 2 weeks for my 6S.
[doublepost=1473960365][/doublepost]The good news I guess is that even though those of us who preordered iPhone 7 Plus JBs (and the like) will be some of the last to receive our phones, we will be some of the first to receive our exact type of phone, apparently the most coveted ones. From Apple directly... I stand corrected
We couldn’t be happier with the initial response to iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, and we are looking forward to beginning sales through our retail stores and partners around the world.
Beginning Friday, limited quantities of iPhone 7 in silver, gold, rose gold, and black will be available for walk-in customers at Apple retail stores. During the online pre-order period, initial quantities of iPhone 7 Plus in all finishes and iPhone 7 in jet black sold out and will not be available for walk-in customers. Availability at partner locations for all finishes may vary and we recommend checking directly with them.
Customers can continue to order all models in all colors on apple.com. We sincerely appreciate our customers’ patience as we work hard to get the new iPhone into the hands of everyone who wants one as quickly as possible.
