I'm in a cult? More like I'm a happy customer of a company .... I don't tell you that you're in a cult. I fix electronics for a living, I fix them all and I use them all. It's called having a preference. If you're a grown adult and don't understand that I pity you.

So how's fixing the 2016 MacBook Pros working out for you? Just wondering.

It's not a priority, more than a factor that weighs in on someone's overall purchase. If two or three of the other categories are checked, but the range of phones don't have a headphone jack, then that person may consider sacrificing that one quality for the others.
For me the requirement is to use a headphone. I'm not a stickler for the headphone jack per se.

No, there won't. You know, they have a lot of courage...

They always had courage. A lot of it. They had courage when they removed the floppy disc (that must have been disaster on them times) when they removed the 30 pin connector from the iPhone and iPad (that was also disaster for many with 30 pin accessories) and the saga goes on with the iPhones ancient 3.5mm headphone thingy and other stuff from MacBook Pro.

And that's precisely why I like this company. They don't give a jack ass what people think or about the lame comments (like the one I have quoted). People in general have no idea what they want. They would stick to the same technology for a century if they are not presented with the change and then pushed to make the jump. In other word, people hate changes, they are afraid of changes. Like the one you have quoted who would be happy to continue with an iPhone SE with 3.5mm headphone jack, which is really almost a half decade old design. Bizarre world!!

Wasn't mis-steps, he did not want Microsoft involved at that time. Windows was a cash cow and he was all for Windows everywhere on intel hardware. No windows mobile was already out since 1995, a phone version is much differently. Too many compromises.
You keep missing the point.Yes Windows was a cash cow.Yes they made a ton of money. But the point is they lost a shipload of profits thanks to him.Had he realised where this whole thing was heading maybe Microsoft would would have been the most valuable company in world, not Apple. Heck Ballmer actually admitted that during that time, Gates disagreed with him on smartphones . No doubt Gates a guy just like Jobs with a vision actually saw the misstep there

Maybe there was a chance they could have destroyed Android but they let it slip away and you wanna know where MS is right now? Less than 1% market share and not even in the same league as ipad

It's no big deal that he brought Windows where it currently is because the cash cow was invented and handed to MS by Gates

So fragmentation is not until you say is? Got it.

Can you tell me relevant differences between the S7 edge and S7 apart from screen size and a edge screen?I can tell you more differences between a anniversary iPhone and a low end iPhone

No sir, you can still use a 3.5mm headphone with an i7, so nothing was dropped. And those headphones will be supported in the near future.

Nope the feature was dropped. You need a accessory to use the 3.5mm headphones . And if we are counting accessories , even the S6 can be made waterproof

All of that is part of the realm known as "shoulda, woulda, coulda". In that exact vein Jobs also lost apple a ton of money by not releasing a bigger phone and apple could have become the most valuable company under jobs' watch, not cooks' watch.

Actually it wasn't gates, original research goes to xerox. He took what gates copied and brought the company to where gates could not. (IMO)

That's enough of a difference to some people, not enough to others. What's the point?

Nope feature wasn't dropped. You are still able to use the same headphone.

The point radon is trying to make is that you have to hide the very largest part of Samsung smartphone line to beat the coherence of the whole Apple smartphone line :D

He invented the iPhone without which there would be no iPhone 6 as Cook wouldnt have invented that in the first place

What does xerox have to do with Gates pioneering Windows

Your list mentioned past smartphones of Samsung including some low end phones.Theres only 2 2016 flagships. The S7 and the S7 edge.

Quite beside the point being made.

Some say Microsoft "stole" those concepts.

Probably ask apple? No?

In addition, Samsung sells more phones than the s7 in 2016. Active, j1 mini, j3, s6, note 5, s6 active, etc.

You are allowed. But you were very rude to call other Apple users cultists.
Perhaps it could be seen as that and most/typical Apple users are not. But the typical Apple defender on here is no better than a cult member and in saying that I do not mean that all Apple fans on here act like cult members.

You just did it again. Anyone can read and post here, but if you post offensively, you don't get to play the injured party when someone calls you on it.

I think you need to look up offensive in the dictionary. There are a lot of cult Apple fans on here and you know it. That does not equate to every fan on here being a member of the cult. I call it as I see it.

Okay Mr. Trump. Just don't expect your approval ratings to ever be very high.
