I thought you were gonna leap to the folding iPhone?
I am very interested, (as you know!) But although I could afford it, I don't think it would be a sensible decision for me to spend £2000+ on a phone. I can imagine the only time I would actually open it would be in that wasteful window of time between getting into bed and going to sleep. Otherwise the front screen would be plenty of me.

I spend most of my day at a computer and all I really want is a small phone that I can type one handed with. The offset keyboard will be critical with this thing.

Wow, that's super interesting. Given your work, I just assumed you were going to pre-order. 😄

I'm going to trade in my iPhone 17 and use $400 that I have currently in my Apple Account balance. Plus, if I want to get version 2.0, I'm assuming (hoping) Apple will give me a good sum for version 1.0 next year.

It's also interesting that you see yourself only using it during that time of day/night. I can see myself using it often in a ton of scenarios personally. But everyone uses their devices differently.

A short and wide iPhone slab device would satisfy that small but passionate mini fanbase.
