Conclusion - at this point

If you are a heavy user (ex: my granddaughter can suck a 15 ProMax dry by mid afternoon) - this device is not for you.
If you absolutely need a 5x - 10x telephoto on you device - this device is not for you.
If you weigh around 500lbs (227kg) and plop in your seat with your device in the back pocket - this device is not for you (I don’t think any device is).

For everything else, this is a great option. The lighter weight and thinness is addictive.

It does everything I need or have tasked it with. Works with smart tags, Samsung watch, and other accessories.
No major bugs and can be significantly deGoogled if wanted.
Great AI, photos, videos, calls, etc…

I’ll add more longer term stuff to this as time goes on and as questions are asked.

Thanks to all for your comments, questions, and feedback.

Thanks for all of your impressions and glad you enjoy the phone. I got to play with one finally yesterday at Best Buy and couldn't believe how light it is. I had to calm down and not do something stupid and just walked away 🤣 .

Not sure what specifically you are looking for however here are a couple of screenshots of battery usage.
If you would like to see something else let me know.

I see nothing wrong with the SoT, that would be fine for me. Impressive.

I was in Best Buy earlier and played with an Edge. It's super impressive how thin it is. If I wasn't waiting for the next foldable I would probably get one.

Did a Costco run today and stopped nad picked up the 16 ProMax. What a brick! Amazing how you get used to the thinner lighter form.

On an update note, I used the Edge on a two day weekend trip[ and forgot to charge it over night. Was definitely “leave on charger” while I got breakfast. For as thin as it is, it doesn’t charge that quickly. Other than that, it worked well.

Follow up …

Been running great as my daily driver. Have some to really like the thin and light.
Battery has been really good. Even long days end with me around 20%-30%. Sometimes I do have to do a top up before day end. See attached.
Impressive. You doing anything to conserve battery like limiting the frame rate, 5G off, or light performance mode?

Not at all.
Standard setting 5G with Mint Mobile
Battery is default
Display is set to Light, Adaptive, Vivid with FHD+ 2340x1080 resolution

Not a real heavy user. Mostly X, Grok, email (FairMail & Proton), Messages, Kindle, Beta browser, some mild gaming (Heckfire, FF9), and YouTube (Premium).
Gemini is active. Some photos.
