haha yeah I know right, that a blue tooth mouse? I still need to get a good mouse.

The VX Nano is wireless w/ a tiny USB receiver. I got one for my MBP (now shipping!). I tested it out on my desktop, and I like it. It's very smooth.

I got my MBP on Jan 21st. It is the base model. It still does everything that I need for it to do. For me, I only slightly miss the larger standard hard drive.

Any particular brand you suggest?

brand doesn't matter really, just make sure it has lifetime warranty if possible and a good return policy.
about the news mbpro's, you're fine, heck i have a 2.16 C2D and happy with it, just wait for the new Carbon fiber mbpro, i know i am :D

Carbon fiber would be so sleek.

Does anybody know if they will ever make the MBP with the solid state HD? I almost got the MBA for that... but really wouldn't like having my laptop that thin... Also does anyone recommend any of those case covers for MBP- Like the clear/colored ones that snap on bottom and top, can that affect the temp a lot?

Ya, that is a cool mouse. My only problem is, why didn't they just make it bluetooth? Or at least bluetooth compatible? Sure, a tiny receiver is cool, but no receiver is better.

I agree, especially when I only have like 2 usb ports as is... I really need a blue tooth mouse, I want a mighty mouse so bad just saving up some money for it- however I've seen posts on here knocking on it about getting dirty easily or something? My friends have them and they are awesome I thought!?

I always buy my computers with the smallest amount of RAM possible and bump up to what I want from aftermarket suppliers. I paid less than $250 for my 4 GBs at the time, plus it left me with the OEM 1 GB stick to bump up my wife's MBP to 2 GB.

I do the same thing. My current 17" 2.4 MBP I upgrade to 4GB (2x2GB) for $120.00 when Fry's was running a sale on Kingston memory.
