You can use timg instead of img to make the picture display smaller.^sorry i couldnt be bothered to crop it
I really liked tabs at the top and the fact that a quick terminal tweak would give me a blue progress bar. Good old time machine has me back on the beta where I'm staying till Apple give me these as options

;-) and 49 Safari security holes as well - it is a strange and stupid idea ;-)
Strange and stupid comment. And what are the security holes you speak of? This route only replaced the Safari UI, not WebKit, etc.
Besides the biggest security hole is the user behind the keyboard.
Hm, it seems that when I open lots of tabs in Safari, not all of them will load UNTIL I've actually clicked them. It gets slightly annoying; sometimes I'd even have to refresh the link in that tab in order for the site to open.
Anyone else experiencing this?
hmm can anyone tell me there was a option in beta to switch to user type as in Internet explorer 8 or firefox or opera ..... i guess they have removed that also
....
I just gave in and used Time Machine basically for the first time ever and grabbed the Beta.
What a difference. I'm not going back to the official 4.0 unless we can have tabs on top and the progress bar. IMO the beta is the best browser I have ever used.
http://www.freemacware.com/safari-4-betaWhere can I get and safely download the beta version?
I've just installed the final build of Safari 4 (as opposed to the beta). The most obvious change is abandoning the tabs-on-top-of-window concept, as well as the right hand side of the address bar coming up with a 'loading' section when pages are loading, but as far as i can tell it doesn't provide a true progress bar.
Anyone noticed any other changes?
