Set New Windows Open With: Empty Page As Always Has Been Possible

Thanks. I now have 5 gripes with Safari 3 Beta :
1. I need _blank to open in a new tab

No problem. Just go into preferences and set New Windows Open With: Empty Page. That has always been available since Safari 1.0 beta.

Getting rid of SafariStand fixed all my problems. Way faster than 2.0.4.

I still don't have the whole tab-moving around to work as I would like it to. I never had any problems moving tabs from one window to another window with tabs, or dragging tabs to become separate windows. What I want to do is take a separate window and make it a tab in another one. Hope it makes sense. Anyone know how to do that?

OP - there must be something wrong with your PC/Mac or you have third-party plugins enabled.

Am running Safari for Windows and it's the fastest browser I think I've ever seen! It also ran just fine on my Mac last night after removing my Taboo plugin, which was preventing windows from being closed. Am pleased they've finally introduced the 'Taboo' functionality into this release.

Apart from freezing on first launch after install no problems.

Nice and fast and great to be able to arrange tabs as you want.

Can anyone say… *snappier*?

been great for me...so far!

but remember, its a beta, if I don't like it I can't really complain till the official version comes out.
