Samsung Galaxy S22 Lineup Gets First In-Depth Closeup in Unboxing Video

The s21 ultra is not pocket friendly but the s21 plus and s21 are believe me they are thin for the screen size and well built. The s21 vs iphone 13 mini is not much difference only ounce heavier same thickness only height where s21 is taller but you get a bigger screen so the s21 overall is better.
I dont think you understand what the definition is of a compact phone.

Kind of think they are ugly, but Samsung always leads the charge with features since leaving its copycat iPhone days. They do have an advantage with vertical integration of camera tech and displays. Apple is always so behind everyone in specs and features, but the user experience with an iPhone is just so good.
I'd say that Apple let's others try out new and experimental stuff on their products, so they can perfectionize and implement it in their own products. I think that definitely contributes to the excellent user experience.

At least this won't come with a custom-designed malware like what Apple pushes through with iOS updates.
If you buy the S22, you are guaranteed good performance throughout the 2-3 years you own it. Compared to iPhones where good performance is only guaranteed for under 1 year before the latest iOS update turns it into laggy garbage.
Since when? I haven’t had a laggy iPhone since the 6 and Ive kept some of these things 3+ years. If it weren’t for the wide angle camera and 5g I woulda kept my xs even longer

Gotta love how the self proclaimed 'Apple elitists' & *better than thou* come out tits up from the woods every time a non Apple article is posted on MR! lol..
Even on Apple articles they do that, look at any article where Apple was sued…. Or someone says something about Apple that isn’t in the best light….

I don't think Apple lets anybody do anything, they are just slow at implenting new stuff or improving in certain areas like for example front screen design.
They didn't really perfect in any meaningful way most of the things that were first implemented by Android manufacturers.
And no offense but the S22 Ultra will not be an experimental phone launched with the purpose to try out new stuff. It will be a solid device with stable and proven/well optimized features just like the S221U was.

Hmmmm the dynamics of technological growth/advancement, you only need to move the notch up and running as in keeping up with the pace…, this don’t certainly don’t look/sound like the iPhone i know, guess u are still stocked in the 7<lower series before now

…sounds like what i heard before! Very hopeful i will say, it’s no offense to dream big

While I agree with you but Samsung usually has generous trade-in offers that brings it down to ~$900 with free pre-order bonuses like wireless earbuds, case and charger that I got with the S21 Ultra. I'd still lean towards putting that $900 towards something more practical like a gaming/rendering Lenovo Legion Slim 7 laptop or mini-ITX PC.
One man’s meat they say…,

S22 ultra will be awesome and with S pen built in will be ideal for when you need the pen. Best display brightness by a big margin from rumours, 45w charging and improved optimisation with the sensors from all accounts.
